Very nice property, two large decks facing the lake, one small crows nest (deck on 3rd level for the best view.) 7 adults, 3 grandchildren, the upstairs are had a couple bedrooms, bathroom, and a den. At the top of the stairs was a door that could be closed off if the kids were making too much noise. Everyone really enjoyed the stay.

Clean, easy to find and well stocked for basic needs! Like the sound proof windows and doors on the back of the property that faces the lake! Very well taken care of! My only “complaint” was the amount of spider webs and wasps nests 😬 2 of our kids were stung by a wasp that was underneath the main deck stairs, we knocked down the nest after we discovered it. The amount of spiders and webs though 😳 lol we were trying to respect their territory but we also wanted to make sure they weren’t dropping down on us while on the deck 😅 great view and very peaceful overall experience. Highly recommended! We had a large group and it accommodated everyone well!

Great house for large family!
We could not ask for a better house for our weekend stay. We had 3 families stay and the bedroom options were perfect! There was a place downstairs for adults to hang out and the kids had an upstairs space. The balconies on both levels were spacious and had great views of the lake. We cannot say enough about Michael. He was so responsive and patient with all our questions. We cannot wait to go back!

This was our second summer at this house for our family vacation. This house is well maintained and close to Porum landing. If you have older family members and some younger ones this house will allow your older guests to easily enjoy the deck, Livingroom and downstairs bedrooms. Very nice property!
Overall, we had a great experience. The property is very nice and spacious. The location is excellent! The 4-star rating is mostly due to a little disconnect between the photos listed and the actual accommodations. The driveway and the living room are not as big as they appeared in the pictures. Contrary to the photos, the two twin beds were in the same room. This was only a problem for us because of our family dynamics. Also, the beds hold 10 people. The 12-guest limit assumes that 2 people will sleep on couches. Concerning the driveway, Mr. Garrison did make special accommodation for our 5 vehicles, so it worked out just fine. He was very prompt in all of his communications with us. We were actually very pleased with the property, and we would stay there again.

Great house
House was fantastic. There is no boat slip available with the house (have to rent a slip across the lake) even though there is a dock with multiple open slips.
Just an unbelievable amount of unnecessary rules...Don’t feel that it is the owners fault, but the pressure from the neighbors in the area to play by their rules.
The rating is a 3 out of 5 and that is just because of him having to follow the rules of his 1 out of 5 neighbors.

Great property, great time!
A wonderful property!! The place was clean and accommodating! The owner was very helpful with all the questions I asked and reached out right away. It was a little confusing on what we could use and what we couldn't but, other than that, It was the best experience! A little hard to find but, I'd definitely book this property again!

Best girls weekend ever
Spacious house with beautiful views quiet neighborhood. The kitchen could use a large stock pot & a pitcher but had everything else we could want. We’ll be back! Suggest using satellite google maps before u go & familiarize yourself with the area. No street signs but worth the find.

Very nice lake house
The lake house was breathtaking. The owner was very nice and quick to respond. We had difficulty finding the place. Google maps stopped working once we drove into the housing addition. Verizon was the only cellular network that worked. The house had stunning views of the lake and the rooftop view was the icing on the cake. The rooms were spacious for a 5 bedroom house. We enjoyed the house.

Beautiful home
This is a very beautiful home with great views of the lake. It's large, spacious, and clean. The upstairs queen bed frame was broken so the bed sloped to the middle. Also, I believe the listing was wrong on how many beds were in which rooms. Other than this small problems, everything was great!

Trip to Oklahoma. Friends having a great time.
There were nine of us that came up to Oklahoma from Dallas. The place was great and the owner Mike was so easy to work with. We very much enjoyed our stay. Keep up the good work Mike.

A little difficult to find but once found will always remember. A very pleasant and enjoyable week end with family. Very spacious, clean, up to date, and comfortable accommodations. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Comfortably fit 12 people!
It was a beautiful piece of property. Would have loved to have a place to have a campfire without having to drive somewhere else. Also not knowing what was ok to use and what wasn't was a little awkward. Overall we had a great time and would stay again!

Great Location. Had everything you could ever need
Great location! The hummingbirds buzzing around were fun to watch. Easy access to a boat ramp. There is a dock but it wasn't available while we were there which really wasn't a big deal at all. Would definitely stay here again.
