Situated in Longtown, this lovely house for $385 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to Bed White and Blue - 37 Redbud Lane This gorgeous home provides the perfect combination of luxury and convenience. Great spaces for the entire family and more, but feel free to take the party outside to the home's fire pit and porch right off the lovely Redbud Park. Perfect Park View! Located right on Redbud park. Plenty of room to play outside or sit next to the huge outdoor fire pit before retreating into the Lake House - we call it the "Bed, White and Blue". This house has been completely renovated inside and out in October 2020. Inside you'll find a cozy, open concept main floor with a gas fireplace. Laundry, mudroom with a wet bar and ice machine, and a half bath are on the main floor as well. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is what dreams are made of! You'll find a cozy King bed, chairs to curl up and read a book or watch a movie, an en suite bathroom that includes a shower with two showerheads, and your own balcony with a sitting area! The other guest bedrooms consist of a King bed, a Queen bed with a sitting area, and the most fun bunk room in Carlton Landing. This bunk room has 6 built-in twin bunks with plenty of room for kids, or kids at heart, to have their own space including a 50" smart TV. Hello, peace and quiet! Enjoy it on the screened-in front porch in the giant porch swing. Spacious sitting area with a large mist fan on the back porch with driveway parking available. This place is perfect to rest, relax and enjoy all that Carlton Landing has to offer! You are 1 minute away from the bocce ball courts and ping pong table. You will be about a 5-10 minute walk from both of the community pools and hot tubs, Pop-Up Shops, food trucks, Mama Tigg's Pizzeria, The Meeting House (Coffee Shop), and The Beach (Lake Front). This property has a Wood fed grill for guests to use. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 12): - Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom With Shower - Guest Bedroom: King Bed - Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed - Bunk Room: 6 built-in twin bunks, Shared Bathroom With Shower Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only. If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please contact Lakeside Motorsports at All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals.

My family and I had the best time in Carlton’s Landing! Our house was beautiful and it comfortably slept 4 adults and 4 kids and 2 babies with space to spare! Our oven wasn’t working one evening and someone was at our door to fix it within 5 minutes of our call! We have stayed in rental homes through LakeStay 2 times now and have been very impressed and very happy with our experience! We will only book through LakeStay when coming to Carlton’s Landing!

Great experience with this property! The kids absolutely loved the bunk bed room. They had their own space upstairs when they weren’t running the neighborhood with new friends. Staff communicated easily and they even tracked down some very special lost and found items after our departure. Very thankful! We will book again.

We have stayed at Carlton Landing before - it has quickly become one of our favorite family + friends getaway. This house is beautiful and worked great for two families + kids. Location at firefly park is a great bonus and we loved the front patio. Highly recommend!

accommodations were great with site as advertised.facilities were clean and well kept except for dishes, which we found several not washed prior to placing in cabinet.the hoa or administration should not encourage parking tattletales. rentals should be warned as this development is still ongoing and to expect construction noise.

We had a great weekend at this beautiful home. It is very well maintained and stocked with everything you need. We loved having an indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit for chilly nights. Great location, our kids love running around Redbud park with friends. And as always, the LakeStay team is responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property!

The home was VERY CLEAN and well-maintained. There were lots of clean towels and clean linens. The mattresses and pillows were very clean, and the generous-sized king mattress felt heavenly. The mattresses were a much nicer quality than other VRBO’s (and hotels) that we’ve stayed at. This hidden gem of a community was easily accessible, quaint, beautiful, quiet (in spite of new construction), and secluded. There were nice amenities that were available to us as guests. We stayed on a Wednesday – Friday and unfortunately, the on-site food trucks were not open, but we found a couple of great restaurants within a 10-minute drive, as well as a clean, well-stocked grocery store for breakfast necessities. We thoroughly enjoyed the Bocce Ball courts and the Tower pool. The neighbors we encountered were friendly. The spacious home provided lots of room to spread out and relax, offering multiple sleeping arrangements and TV's all over the place. The screened-in front porch swing was huge, sturdy, and comfortable. The outdoor lighting and sitting area created a relaxing and romantic ambience.
