In the heart of Osage Beach, MO., this home creates the perfect setting to enjoy the natural beauty of Lake of the Ozarks. Here are the details: • Situated in the heart of Osage Beach, MO. and easily accessible by car to shopping, restaurants and sites. • 3 bedrooms, • 2 bathrooms • 1900 square feet of indoor living space. • 100ft. wrap around deck overlooking the point pool and expansive lake! • Spacious Living room with big screen TV, sofas and chairs. • Free WiFi throughout. • Decorated in a Caribbean Beach Theme. • Sandy beach and 2 pools on property. . Lake Views from all rooms but 3rd. bedroom. Room 1: • Master Bedroom has a King bed, TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the deck with unprecedented views of the Lake! • Newly remolded oversized Ensuite Bathroom with enclosed shower, soaking tub, double sinks and hotel inspired towels and linens included. There is a hair dryer and body wash. Room 2 • Junior suite has 1 Queen Bed, TV, walk in closet and sliding glass doors that open to the expansive deck that overlooks the gorgeous Lake! Shared “jack and jill” full bathroom. Hotel like linens with 4 pillows/bed. We stayed here for our family end of summer vacation and loved it! The unit was clean and well stocked with the essentials! It is even larger than it appears in the online pics! We loved the extra large deck too!! We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The place was great! Perfect lake view and perfect space for our group. It did seem to be a bit noisy but not bad. Heard people walking and I was surprised by that.

The condo is very pretty, comfortable, and roomy! The kitchen is fully furnished, crockpot, baking pans, blender, etc., and the dining area and great room are very spacious. The beds are super comfortable and our grandkids used their huge air mattress. We enjoyed the large deck by drinking our coffee there in the morning or watching the beautiful sunset on the lake. We rented a boat just a few miles away at Aqua Toys and played games each night on the dining table. Owners are very nice and helpful, and their place is very clean! We would rent again easily!

Well appointed and tastefully remodeled condo.
Huge balcony with nearly a 180 degree view of the lake. Both the master and 2nd bedroom had access to the balcony in addition to Ensuite bathrooms.

Beautiful Condo with a view
We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! It was super clean, had a huge deck with a nice view of the lake, and all of the beds were comfortable with great bedding. It had everything you need. We went to a concert at Ozark Amphitheatre which was just a short drive away. We had an error on our info from VRBO about our unit number, but I called the owner and she was able to help us out so communication was good. Our visit was too short, we would definitely stay again!

Fall get away
We brought our parents to the Ozarks to celebrate their anniversary/birthdays! We had a great time. The condo was spacious and well stocked. Loved the gorgeous lake view from multiple rooms. The flight of stairs was hard for our parents (age 87, 89) but in fairness, we did know about the stairs prior to booking.

The only thing I didn’t understand was why the condo was advertised as if you booked 2 nights you get a 3rd night free. That wasn’t the case. Nevertheless the place was fairly clean minus the cobwebs on lamps and dead flies on the window seals.

Loved this place!
We felt extremely at home and comfortable here. The beds were comfy and the living room was great for evening game nights with the family. The only minor complaint we have is the wi-fi was a bit wonky. Working off and on.
And the only suggestion we have is maybe some insect traps out on the deck.
We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Awesomeness
Fair warning. I am going to use two words over and over. Perfect and awesome. You can tell immediately that Sharon is an experienced and awesome landlord. She understood our need for super clean and came through. As soon as we walked through the door we knew we had booked the perfect condo. Everything is updated and in good condition. New carpet. Good linens. Plenty of towels. But please be considerate and bring your own beach towels. The washer/dryer in the unit was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. I always bring my own sharp knife because I cook a lot. Bathrooms were spotless and updated. Water pressure was great. Lots of hot water. The large wrap around deck gave us an awesome place to watch the sunset each night or help with the grilling on a newer grill with plenty of room for all your steaks. Everyone in my group said they slept well and the beds were comfortable. I slept in the master bed and found it to be too soft and cushy to sleep soundly. Also the air conditioning lags in the master bedroom but we solved this by centering a fan in the doorway to pull in cool air from the living room. Ceiling fans throughout were great on multiple 92 degree days.
The Ledges is a larger complex with two pools, which get crowded in the late afternoon but everyone is friendly. It's central to renting water crafts, shopping or restaurants. The only thing that one should be aware of is the amount of stairs. Stairs everywhere! There is a full flight up to the condo. Two flights down to the pool walk. Steep climbs to the dumpsters. The complex is built on a cliff so that is to be expected. But still, I got a good workout which was awesome.
I would come back to Sharon's sunset condo at the Ledges next time if she would have me. Perfect place. Perfect get-away. Perfect weather. Perfect view!

Just what we needed!!!
Absolutely love this condo! View from the deck is amazing - so many angles, and looks right over the pool - which we used, a lot!
Unfortunately, my husband broke his ankle while hiking the second day we were there, so changed our vacation plans - but was a great place to be laid up for a couple of days and look at the view!
Very clean, organized and Sharen was great to get back to us right away with any questions. Will definitely stay again!
