Situated in Osage Beach, this charming condo for $237 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Thank you for considering our condo for your next trip to Lake of the Ozarks! Our spacious condo has everything you need to feel right at home. We are located in the heart of Osage Beach at the very popular Ledges Condo Complex. There are two swimming pools to enjoy. One that you can see from the balcony & one at the point with an incredible 10 mile view of the main channel! There is also a sandy beach that is on a calm cove. IfF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL SPACE, please ask about our condo that is conveniently located right next door to this condo! It is a 3 bedroom + loft/ 3 bath condo and we also have a 2 bedroom/2 bath on located on the main channel. Enjoy the extra beds and space this condo offers. Although the condo has a maximum number of 12, the extra beds offer a configuration that can allow more people to sleep in their own bed. This is helpful for groups of golfers or anyone who enjoys having their own space. There are two bedrooms and two full baths on the main level and a large loft upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. The second bedroom has two full beds and adjacent full bath. Up a flight of stairs, the spacious loft has one queen bed, two full beds, and two twin-top bunk beds. In the loft, there is also a half bathroom. We offer free wifi :) If you are bringing little ones, you are welcome to use the playpen, high chair and bedrail at the condo. There are also plenty of movies, toys and board games for family fun! You can use the gas grill that is on the balcony overlooking one of two pools at the Ledges. If you are bringing a boat, we have a 10' x 24' or 10' x 30' covered boat slip available for rent for $20/night

I think the host undersold this in the listing:). There were 9 of us and everyone felt they had their own space. It was clean, stocked, and super comfortable. We could see the pool from the balcony, as well as the lake. Jennifer was quick to respond to the couple questions I had, reached out to me to let me know there was a water issue in the community so there was a boil order in effect and even offered to comp us a case of water if needed (we had plenty!). Quick access to everything we wanted to see on our trip, and 4 minutes from where we could rent a boat! 11/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! When we return we would love to stay here again ❤️

Our family enjoyed Lake of the Ozarks/Osage Beach for the 2nd year in a row! Jen was a wonderful host and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo has plenty of room with the loft area. We had 5 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of space without feeling crowded! The kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. The beach access area was wonderful for the kids and the condo location was very close to everything! We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Our family appreciated the amount of beds and bathrooms the property offered. We were able to make some meals in the unit, but we were also close enough to drive to many great restaurants.

The condo was perfect, the whole family was comfortable. We were a group of 9 and never felt crowded. It wasn't as close to the lake we were hoping for. The condo is on the 3rd floor and not lakeside. Be prepaired for stairs. By the time you leave the condo and get to the lake it is about 7 stories. Going down was not a problem but going up was a true workout.

We rented this for fathers day weekend. It fit us perfectly. 6 adults, 1 teenager, 1 child and an infant. Great location. 4th floor was a little hard for the older folks but the place itself was juat what we needed. Will stay again!!

I can’t say enough about Jen and Ken! This is our 2nd time here and the same treatment as the first experience. EXCELLENT!!!! The property is fantastic and plenty of room. I hope the place is ready for us next year! The view is beautiful as well is the place. I hope they’ll have us back. Thanks Ken and Jen!

We had a family of 12 and had plenty of room and ken and Jen were really nice people we would recommend a large group to stay at this condo even it rained one day we were there we still found things to do there was all kinds of shopping to do

Our wedding party had a great time staying at this condo. We had plenty of room for 11 adults. The condo was in great shape and the owners were very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a girls get-together at the lake for shopping, visiting, and just catching up with some members of a service organization. We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for accomodating us all in one location so we could stay up late playing games, catching the Mizzou game on TV, and just enjoying being together. There was plenty of room so we didn't feel cramped for space. We had three little boys with us and they had a ball playing with the toys that the owners had left in a closet for our use. The owners were very gracious in working with us in getting the rental set up and arranging the deposit on rather short notice with a couple of complications on our end. I would highly recommend renting from them and would do so again should we decide to come back to the Lake of the Ozarks for another get-together. The condo had a nice view of the lake, but was also very close to Osage Beach shopping, restaurants, etc.
