Welcome to your spacious San Antonio retreat — a 2,250 sq ft Texas ranch-style home designed for families and groups to relax, have fun and spend time together. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and space for up to 13 guests, there’s plenty of room for everyone.
**PRIVATE POOL & BACKYARD**
The huge backyard is where this home really shines. Cool off in the private pool, challenge the family to mini golf or cornhole then gather around the fire pit when the sun goes down.
Enjoy a large deck with outdoor dining, BBQ grill and plenty of space to relax beneath mature Texas oak and pecan trees. String lights throughout the backyard create a relaxing atmosphere in the evening.
**GAME ROOM & ENTERTAINMENT**
Keep the competition going indoors in the dedicated game room with a pool table and games for the group.
**SLEEPING & COMFORT**
The home offers 4 bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements for families and larger groups:
• Primary bedroom — King bed + Smart TV
• Bedroom 2 — Queen bed + Smart TV
• Bedroom 3 — Bunk bed + pull-out trundle
• Bedroom 4 — Bunk bed + pull-out trundle
• Folding bed available for additional sleeping flexibility
The living room offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV with cable and Netflix. You’ll also have fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, drip coffee maker and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
**MORE OUTDOOR FUN**
A neighborhood park is just a few minutes’ walk away with a volleyball court and children’s playground — another great option for families traveling with kids.

You’ll be in a great location for exploring northwest San Antonio just minutes from Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The Shops at La Cantera and The RIM.
The area offers plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby with easy access to Topgolf, UTSA and major highways for exploring the rest of San Antonio.
Whether you’re spending the day at Six Flags, relaxing by the pool or enjoying mini golf and the backyard with your group, this home is a fun and comfortable base for your San Antonio stay.
**A FEW THINGS TO KNOW**
• This is a 100% non-smoking home.
• High chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.
• The private pool is approximately 18 feet round and 4 feet deep. Please note that the pool is not heated.
• This home has a charming Texas ranch-style character rather than a modern luxury aesthetic. I work hard to keep the property clean, comfortable and well maintained while preserving its unique character.
• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.
• Small gatherings or events must be discussed and approved with me before booking. Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.
• There is a separately occupied mother-in-law suite on the side of the property. It has its own private entrance and is fully separated by fencing. No indoor or outdoor areas are shared, so you’ll have complete privacy.
• Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.

I enjoyed having my family together and visiting my son at the University; easy access, near to the shopping mall, love the property.

Property itself is great, nice size living room arcade area the backyard and pool are great if you have littles ones. There are a few cons about the cleanliness of the property itself. Sure the basic cleaning and sanitizing was Completed but overall the house itself needs a decent remodel. I am no house expert but i see alot of things wrong with the house that certain people would not like. No restroom downstairs, some doors dont seem to close all the way(meaning easy access for insects and critters you would not welcome in your home. Most windows, doors, and Air Ducts are either full covered with spider webs or just alot of build of of dust and debris from so many years. I was welcomed by a 5 inch cockroach when we first arrived. My wife killed 2 spiders and 2 silverfish. Sure this is texas and bugs will always be in your life but to walk in on the first day greeted by these critters isnt pleasant. Finally i have to add that there is people living in a seperate unit attached to the home. They were not a bother what so ever but since there was nothing on the listing about people living under you pretty much(when you are upstairs) i had to add it on to let other people know. Overall home was a good getaway for a night or two. Private pool for my Kids and quiet neighborhood. Manager was very communicative.
