About this house rental
Nestled in Nashville, this charming house for $292 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. My gorgeous house with everything you need to enjoy a few days in Nashville! But the best part - Only mins to downtown! Only about an $8 taxi ride to the entertainment district! This is a 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bath house Each bedroom has its own bath! To get downtown, you have many choices: - Walk 15 mins to the Music City Circuit stop at the Bicentennial park (free downtown bus service from 6AM - 6PM except Sundays) - Take a 30 minute walk (My favorite! Along the way browse Farmers Market, then checkout Bicentennial park, then take the capital steps up to the State capital building(check out the view!), then on to War Memorial Plaza and your downtown! Just a short walk down Church St to the entertainment district, and you have to walk out on the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River just for the view of Nashville!! - Take a $6 Lift or Uber ride (Second best choice!!) - Less than 2 mile drive ( but parking will cost you, especially on the busy weekends!) Great restaurants nearby: Rolf & Daughters - #3 Best New Restaurant in America 2013 Monell's - When in Nashville do what the locals do…Pass the Peas..Please! Great Southern Food served Family Style in Historic Settings. Skillet Fried Chicken, Green ... Germantown Cafe - Germantown Café has become a reliable fixture on Nashville's dining scene by offering fresh, creative cuisine at reasonable prices, as well as a fully-stocked bar. Farmers Market - Multiple eating establishments!! to many to list but a few of my favorites are: El Buritto Mexicano - I go here for a great breakfast..3 egg Western Omelet, hash-browns and toast only $8!! B & C Market BBQ - Southern BBQ done right!!

Was a very nice place to stay, very close to downtown, an easy uber ride down. Hot Tub was very nice to have after a day out and about. a perfect space for 2 couples. very charming.

A friend and I were on a road trip and stopping in Nashville for a couple nights. This property looked like the perfect place to unwind while also being close enough to downtown Nashville to be able to enjoy the city. Both bedrooms were great, with their own bathrooms, so we each had our own privacy. It was great to use the hot tub at the end of the night, prior to going to sleep; and it was even better waking up in the morning to use the fireplace while we enjoyed our morning coffee/breakfast. Getting in and out of the house was easy and convenient. Parking was readily available, without any issues. Downtown wasn't too far of a walk, with plenty of cool bars and restaurants along the way to make the walk seem even shorter. The Uber/Lyft back to the house was short and quick. Plenty of delivery options for food and/or groceries to the house as well. The owner was great at communicating as well, when we had a couple questions regarding the property. He also included a binder full of great, nearby recommendations. We would happily stay here again if and when we swing through Nashville again!

Loved our stay at the Arthur Avenue home. The house was lovely and had all the comforts of home. Beds, linens and towels were top quality. A short Uber ride to downtown, averaging $10-$20 in the evening. Would definitely stay there if we return and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Nashville!

The house was nice, but not in walking distance to much. We had a problem with a remote. The house was clean and comfortable. I would suggest an upgrade to the pillows.

The property was very clean and spacious. Rick communicated entrance instructions very clearly and was very prompt in communication. The backyard and jacuzzi were a bonus. We used Uber a lot because we had my elderly parents with us. Very quick Uber ride to downtown and 17 minutes to airport. Kroger grocery store is a short walk away. It was the perfect place to stay!

We stayed here Labor Day weekend!!! Although the local market has everything you need, this host has everything!! When coming from far and a day of travel nothing like just needing to get drinks and snacks for after your nights out!! Also tried recommendations for local spots and allll were fantastic!! Was only $7 dollars with lyft to get to the fun!! Will definitely book again!! Thank you Rick!!

Nice property. Large enough for two couples or a family with children. Reasonable distances from Music Row and close to great dining. It’s right around the corner from the farmers market. Location is the only ding. It’s very close to the interstate so, noise can be an issue sitting in the backyard or hot tub. However, we were out most of the time and the house served us well. I would stay here again and do recommend this property .

We spent two nights at this awesome house and wished we had stayed seven. The location is ideal for getting around Nashville. The house was amazingly clean and the backyard is a mini oasis. The owner has thought of everything to make a stay easy! We will book again next time we are in Nashville!

A leisure 20-25min walk away from Broadway with an opportunity to check out the local Farmer's Market. The VRBO itself featured a relaxing patio and a comfortable inside space. A great VRBO for a weekend getaway.

My husband and I and some friends stayed in this house while on an adult trip. The house was beautiful and very clean. I had to message the owner about a small leak in the shower and he was very prompt on responding. I asked a few other questions about things I was unsure of with leaving the house and he was also very prompt on answering my questions. He was very nice each time I messaged him. I would def recommend this house to anyone that is staying in Nashville.

The house was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Everything was clean, the fireplace was great and the hot tub was used frequently. I had a couple questions while we were there and the host responded within minutes.
Location of the property was 5 minutes drive time to downtown Nashville. The neighborhood was nice.

We very much enjoyed our stay. House is conveniently located within walking distance to groceries and liquor store. It's about a mile 1/2 walk to broadway. We walked there and ubbered back after dark. House was well kept...clean...and bed super comfortable.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean home for our stay in Nashville. It is perfect for two couples. The home is located in the Buena Vista neighborhood of Nashville, which consists of older homes that have been renovated or are undergoing renovation and some newly constructed homes. This home has been renovated and is beautifully decorated, features current appliances, excellent wi-fi and has a beautiful backyard. It is close to the freeway, and we noticed some freeway noise, but it was not an issue for us. It is easy to get to the downtown area and many attractions. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at Buena Vista VRBO. The home was as pictured and even better! Everything was well appointed and tasteful. We loved the Germantown neighborhood and nearby restaurants. The backyard garden was beautiful and peaceful.

Everything is provided for you in this comfortable home. The outside space with the hot tub is absolutely perfect. Relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of walking Nashville was great. The backyard is also a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning or a beer at night. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are roomy and provide plenty of room for toiletries. Well thought out for the renters. Coffee pods were provided for the Keurig which we appreciate because we like to have regular and decaf. The location provides easy access to downtown. Uber rides are cheap $7-8 during the day but rise to $40 at night. There is little room for improvement in this property but we like to add our comment for the benefit of the owner. The directory provided for good information on restaurants and house info, we would add where the rubbish goes and to buy wood at Kroger for the outside fireplace. Adding a note about opening a window when using the fireplace next to the switch so they don't miss that fact. Hooks in the bathroom for the bath towels would be convenient. All and all it was a great long weekend, thanks for sharing your home.
