Located in Sint Maarten, this charming condo for $366 per night is a great option for your next break. Oceans SXM is a rare 3-bedroom 2 bath condo with stunning views overlooking the ocean. The South building directly overlooks the pool and ocean. As a coveted end unit, windows on 3 of the 4 exterior walls provides plentiful natural light and fresh air. Enjoy a lovely ocean view and gentle Caribbean breezes as boats cruise by - from your own balcony or the pool deck. The community boasts 3 pools, two of which are directly above the ocean cliff, as well as a small, secluded beach accessible by the famous spiral staircase on the property. On a clear day, you can see the island of Saba as well as other nearby islands. If you are looking for a bigger beach, a 10-minute walk or short drive finds you on Mullet Bay Beach, one of the most amazing beaches in the Caribbean. Kids of all ages love to watch the planes at the world famous Maho beach which is 1.1 miles away. The fully air-conditioned unit has three full bedrooms with 4 beds: • The master boasts a king bed, ceiling fan, attached updated bathroom with rain shower and modern hardware. • The second King room has attached bath (also opens to the hall for sharing with the 3rd bedroom), a new AC unit, windows on two sides and dual ceiling fans. The bathroom has been fully updated with new hardware and a beautiful rain shower. • The third bedroom is well suited for families or friends with a Twin over Full bunk bed, built in bureau and a small window to allow natural light. The unit has been updated with a full-size washer and dryer and all linens and towels for your stay (beach and bath) are supplied. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, full-size cooktop and oven, plenty of cookware, toaster oven, blender, dual coffee maker that also takes Keurig pods, dishes, pool friendly glasses and a cooler for guest use. The bathrooms have been recently renovated with stunning tile and rain showers and modern lighting. The kitchen has also been updated with new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and lighting. The unit has Wi-Fi throughout, a computer table with printer, and phones that can make/receive free calls to the US. There are two TVs – one in the main area (over 200 Satellite TV channels) and in the master bedroom with DVD players (connect to your own streaming services or games). A Bose sound bar can be connected via Bluetooth to your favorite music. Our gated community is less than 10 minutes from the airport, a 5-minute walk to restaurants and grocery stores and has 24-hour security on premises. For unit and guest safety the unit has a security camera on the outside owner closet (as there is shared utilities in the closet) and a video door bell for remote assistance. For owner and guest privacy there are no cameras of any type inside the unit. In addition, the beach gate is secured with a combination lock for the security of the premises (code is provided for our guests). Oceans SXM is located on the 2nd floor, with covered garage parking directly across from the unit. Come enjoy a beautiful condo with an amazing location, views of the ocean and your own private beach access! We have many lovely units in Rainbow Beach club, however this is one of the few 3 bedroom units and the the only 3bd that is an end unit with incredible views and light from the side windows. We really liked the location of this property - beyond the gorgeous view, it’s within walking distance of a little market and some great restaurants (In and Out pizza was amazing!). We found Paige’s restaurant recommendations to be super helpful and delicious and we enjoyed exploring beyond Maho Bay. We rented a car and getting around was easy, despite long traffic lines and roads that have seen better days. Overall, a great stay!

Rainbow Beach Club is the BEST place to stay on SXM. It is walking distance to restaurants and shopping and a wonderful French bakery!!
Out two grandchildren, ages 2 and 4 1/2 loved swimming in the pools and playing at the private beach.

I traveled to St. Martin for the week to enjoy diving and beaches. My husband, daughter, and mother joined me, and we had a fabulous week - we definitely made the most of it. Paige was fantastic in sharing recommendations regarding food and activities. We ate fresh local bakies each morning and alternated between dinners on the beach after a day in the sun and exquisite french dining on a few special nights. Our location was so conveniently located, and a few restaurants were within walking distance. If we are back at St. Martin we will book this place again.

I can't say enough positive things about this place! The location is perfect, right near the airport, it's on the beach, and an amazing balcony with great views of the ocean and pool. Security was always friendly when we would leave and enter. It's close to some tasty restaurants that we frequented a lot, and some are within walking distance. There's also 2 grocery stores to grab items to make in their fullly equipped and stocked kitchen. The layout of the condo is perfect, having 3 children, each child had their own private area. As for laundry, the condo is plenty stocked with soap and dryer sheets. The area is very quite, including the 2 pools we visited. It takes a lot to impress my children, and they were highly impressed. They are plenty of fun beach bars around the area, there is even a map of the owner's favorite spots. Pagie even recommended a great photographer that we used for our beautiful family pictures. I'm looking forward to our next visit there!

Really loved this property and location! The unit was huge and had everything we needed. My littlest loved the bunk beds and the fun lights they installed under the top bunk. It was also nice and quiet due to it being an end unit (also more windows and sunlight).
Favorite part was probably the patio in the morning with the view of both the pool and the ocean, with all the palm trees and vegetation.
The property is great with 2 pools and the beach is beautiful and has a really cool cave that the kids also loved. Not to mention all the iguanas around the pools :)
As for the area, there’s a market across the street which was really convenient and then just down the road from that was Jordan Village which has a lot of restaurants, bakery, bars, and cafes. Only a 2 minute walk. Mullet beach was one of our favorites and is also walkable (probably about 15 mins).
Its a beautiful island and would highly recommend renting a car and exploring as much as you can! Paige was really helpful in sharing which beaches that were best for the kids. I’m sure she’d be happy to give you recommendations as well!

Our entire trip was amazing! The property is beautiful, clean, well maintained and has gorgeous views. The hosts are wonderful and the condo met all of our needs. Perfect for couples or families with kids. We can't wait to go back!

This place is wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice. The host is great. The neighbors are friendly. The location couldn’t be better.
The best part is the sunset view. Gorgeous and expansive on a cliff. There is a path along the cliff that you can stroll and watch the iguanas on the cliff and the beach waves. There is a beach access stairway down to a white rock where there are crabs in small crevices to find. Great and secluded.
We loved staying here and plan to continue to return in the future.

Breathtaking Sunset, secluded beach
This place is wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice. The host is great. The neighbors are friendly. The location couldn’t be better.

Perfect Home Base for Exploring or a Relaxing Getaway
Our stay at this property was fantastic! We used the condo as our home base for exploring Sint Maarten / Saint Martin on our first trip to the island. The condo was clean and modern with all the amenities and the view from the living room and balcony was beautiful. You have the pool deck down below, ships going by in the distance and sunsets that make you stop and watch. The condo complex is quiet with 24-hour security guard access, two pools, and a small beach at the bottom of a spiral staircase down the cliff. We had six of us at the property with the four kids being 22, 20, 20, and 18 years old. Kitchen had everything we needed but the most convenient feature was the in-unit washer and dryer. We were able to pack less knowing we could do some laundry during the trip and it was nice for washing the beach towels at night. The area was very safe. Each morning one or two of us walked 5 minutes down the street to Jule’s, a French bakery, to bring back breakfast. There were also two small grocery stores and several restaurants within walking distance.
As mentioned, we used the condo as home base for exploring the island including Mullet Beach, Simpson Bay Beach, Maho Beach, ziplining, Philipsburg, day-long catamaran trip, Pinel Island, and Grand Case. All fun, but in hindsight too much to pack into one trip. Our best day was the simplest, walking 10 minutes down the street to Mullet Beach. You can bring chairs from the condo or rent them at the beach and there are a couple of beach bars for drinks and food. The surf was fun for older kids and it was great being close enough to walk back to the condo. On our next trip we would plan to walk down to Mullet Beach or the beach at the condo for multiple days and drive up to Grand Case more than one evening for dinner. We ate at La Villa in Grand Case and the food was incredible, but there were several other places that looked good too. Highly recommend this condo for whatever type of trip you have planned for Sint Maarten. It was great for our grown family but would also be great for families with little kids too.

Very nice villa in Sint Maarten with an outstanding view. Six of us stayed for 4 nights before our sailing charter and it worked out very well. Short walk to beach for swimming.

Love, Love, Love Cupecoy Condo and Beach!
We loved the beautifully furnished condo. The location is superb, the two pools were spacious and newly done, and the beach was gorgeous! There is a beautiful view of the sunset each night and many of the neighbors join together to watch the sunset and have a drink or two! We will definitely be returning to this Cupecoy location and hopefully, this condo!

Beautiful Oceanside Condo, can’t wait to come back!
The place is pristine, beautiful views, nice pools, private beach with a small cave. Even though we went to a different beach on the island every day, we could easily have spent our time only at the condo. One really great thing in this condo’s favor is the orientation of the balcony; it is nicely shaded in the morning until about 11, and then in the afternoon starting around 3:30. Some of the other condos in the building next door have blasting sun all afternoon, making the balcony less useful.
There are some great restaurants in walking distance like Bar Code and Fat Tony’s, and Jules is a really good bakery for breakfast. It’s a short ride tobSimoson Bay for places like Pineapple Pete or Greenhouse. Even orient beach, the farthest from the condo, is only 35 minutes away.
For those who want to stay close, the kitchen is fully stocked with quality stuff, including a Keurig (bring your own K-cups), though they also supply a cage for using grinds. There is also a dishwasher, washer/dryer.
The parking garage is about 40’feet from the condo door; no need to climb stairs when bring things to and from the beach, if you. Choose to drive to somewhere farther than the private beach or Mullet bay.

The unit is terrific! The owner is very nice.
We enjoyed 15 days in SXM. I’m hoping everyone who believes in Saint Maarten would visit now well the people there are most in need. If you’re looking for a place to stay, this condominium is beautiful, well positioned geographically, and extremely convenient (easy access, garage parking, and perfectly equipped). We’d stay at 26S again without hesitation!
