This was our first trip to Mexico City. We enjoyed the city and the VRBO in Roma Norte was in an ideal location. With a doorman and two bedrooms two baths and a well equipped kitchen and sitting room it was very comfortable and convenient. We could walk to most major attractions and there were many restaurants and stores within the neighborhood. Marco as host was communicative and helpful with many good suggestions. The only negative we had was what turned out to be unexpected added charges. VRBO advertises the apartment at a reasonable rate per night for a week with no hidden fees. We expected to pay a cleaning fee - reasonable, and tax - expected - but were surprised to be charged an added significant fee per day per person for the other couple that stayed with us. This essentially added 30% to the cost of the apartment and with the other fees doubled the cost per night over the advertised price! The added charge for four people staying in a two bed two bath place seems unreasonable and should have been in the original price description. A single couple would not rent a two bedroom apartment. This made us feel taken advantage and was the first time we’d encountered this with VRBO. We’ll be more careful and contentious next time.

We enjoyed our stay in a very comfortable apartment. The check in process was a breeze thanks to our host. The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood with great walking accessibility to restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store. It was warm, so we needed the windows open at night and there was street noise, but other than that, this was a wonderful place to stay.

All good. Nice place. Very easy to settle in to. Well equipped. very comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Host responsive. Great neighborhood. Doorman always present.

Marco’s place was exactly what we needed, great location, clean, safe, and comfortable. Marco suggested some great local restaurants, checked in regularly to see if our 5 day stay was going well, and he left us a few treats to enjoy on our first night. We thoroughly enjoyed the culture, food and energy of this great city.

So glad we booked Marco's apartment. First time in CDMX. This apartment was clean, central, safe, and fully stocked with all amenities. We walked all over Roma Norte and Ubered in minutes to everywhere else. Marco was great to communicate with and had all sorts of recommendations. Stop searching and book, you won't be sorry.

This was our first time in CDMX and we are thrilled that we were lucky enough to stay with Marco. Hi apartment is an outstanding location. We walked to museums, parks and a multitude of culinary delights. The apartment is clean and very well appointed. When visiting in CDMX, we recommend this as the location of choice!

Marco made our trip to Mexico City an absolute breeze by communicating with us throughout our stay and making the process of check in very simple. The location can't be beat. In the heart of Roma Norte and just a short walk to La Condesa, about 30 minutes from Chapultepec Park and other attractions. This apartment is in a beautiful and convenient location. It is clean, comfortable, and large. Good beds, large kitchen, good appliances, friendly staff in the lobby. It is secure and relaxing. Marco is is a superb host who met me at the apartment and provided valuable guidance for my stay. He is friendly, efficient--a "can do" host. I will stay here again and again!

Like revisiting an old friend, so excited for you to have an unforgettable experience, Marco was the consummate host. The location is perfect, whether you want to stay close to home and enjoy the marvelous mix of bistros, bakeries or broad spectrum of dining destinations, spend the day wandering Chapultepec and visiting its many museums or jumping aboard the Metro for a 15 minute ride to the historical center of the city. The unit is on the top (6th) floor, but with elevator access (that may seem like a given, but I've stayed places where we've had to trudge the stairs). The location in Roma is -great- and it is just a short walk to the Insurgentes Metro station. The apartment was clean and neat and well appointed. And with nice attention given to "creature comforts": bed sheets and bath towels were very nice; a couple of umbrellas by the door should you need them (we didn't); laminated maps of the area and local travel guides; well equipped kitchen; washer/dryer; ice in the freezer; etc. Broadband access was reliable, and if you have time for TV, there is good access to streaming HD channels, many of which have a choice between Spanish and English audio tracks. Marco met us at the apartment to show us around and tell us how to work everything --even left a bottle of wine for us. Really no negatives from our visit. Coming from Texas, I noticed that there is no central air. But we certainly didn't need it in December --temperatures were very comfortable. Might need the fans in the summer, though. And you will hear some street noise, but it's not bad --mostly on the weekend. And you are in the heart of the D.F., so that's kind of to be expected (you're on the top floor, so your as far away as you can get). So we give Marco's place two "thumbs up", and will try to use it again, if we make a trip back.

I had an amazing time at this beautiful cozy apartment with awesome decor, also very clean. Marco, made communicating with him very easy he would respond within minutes. I would definitely would recommend and stay here again. Dora

This lovely apartment is situated in a great neighborhood close to excellent restaurants. It was very clean, larger than expected and had a doorman. The host was responsive and helpful. A welcoming bottle of wine and several travel books on Mexico were on the dining room table when we arrived. There is some traffic noise so bring ear plugs.

The apartment was so convenient to restaurants and attractions in the area. The kitchen was very functional too. We cooked breakfast every day!!! We would definitely stay here again!!

This apartment is wonderful: exactly as advertised in the photos. The bonus was Marco, who personally got us settled in, had lots of neighborhood restaurant suggestions, and was available by text if we had questions. I would love to stay here again.

The unit was immaculate. It had everything one would need and more. A magnifying mirror in the bathroom for makeup. Enough hangers. A fabulous view of the city. All the kitchen stuff you could want. And instant replies to questions by our charming host. It was just my daughter and myself, so having two bathrooms was the ultimate in luxury.

We enjoyed our stay in Mexico City. Marco was prompt at responding to our needs and his apartment was perfect! The location was just what we needed. Close to lots of great restaurants and bars. It was great spending time with my cousins in this beautiful city! Thank you again! We will return!

The location could not be better - right in the heart of Roma Norte, very close to Condesa and a short cab ride from all the city’s best sites. Marco and his team are wonderful hosts. The apartment was perfect for our visit. It was spacious, spotless and the rooftop deck was fantastic for enjoying a vino tinto in afternoon/evenings. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking too. We enjoyed being in Roma Norte - walking distance to cafes, shopping, art galleries, a mercado, and a quick ride to the Zocalo, Polanco, La Condesa and Coyoacán, UNAM. We’ll definitely stay here again on our return to CDMX. Gracias Marco!
