only downside was the fourth bed is a sofa bed

The pool and outside space was brilliant and the location is perfect for walking to town or towards the marina. Shops 30 seconds from the gate.

Ample of space inside & outside of the house. The place is absoluely private so nobody is watching you within the property. Jacuzzi is excellent. Very good places to hide while playing 'Hide & Seek' with your kids. Beds are very comfortable. Showers and bathtub are awesome. Kitchen is very well equipped. Felt right at home without the stress of all the work and cleaning. The gym is amazing too with a small shower area there. There is a big private covered parking space for two cars. The check-in and check-out process is online and fast. Definitely recommended although a bit expensive for a family size of 4. But, if you are a big family then it is definitely worth it especially during these pandemic times. The place is just 2 minutes walk to the lake side and the supermarket. Loved our stay. Had a very memorable time.

Just a bit expensive for a small family but if you are 6 or more, then every penny is worth it. There is nothing to complain about, really!

The property has air conditioners in just about every room and the living room too which is very hard to find in Montreux. The space is good and the pool just perfect. The property’s got everything you need and it’s beautiful from the inside.

It is not a villa. It is an apartment by all means. The villa has two floors and You only get to stay at the ground floor of the villa. Because the owner of the villa is living at the second floor just above you. That is the worst part. That has turned everything up side down with respect to privacy. Let alone the fact that he’s got some stuff belonging to his kids downstairs that you need to keep an eye on it at all times so your children don’t touch it or mess with it. He’s got sensors everywhere and he would threaten you to cancel your stay if your child has mistakenly touched any of his items like scooters or whatever. I felt sorry for myself and my family that I had turned to be a watchdog for him to make sure that we get stuck in the ground floor and never use the pool Coz it is also exposed to the owner’s second floor where he lives. The water heater is limited so make sure you mind your use of it when enjoying a long bath any time throughout the day. Last thing, the checkin procedures were perfect with warm welcome and they’ll take deposit bond and this is normal but the checkout, no one will be there for you so you don’t have a clue to how you get your bond back. You have to do a couple of calls to understand.

The location was nice, the villa was nicely maintained and the kitchen was will equipped.

The bedrooms apart from the master are not air conditioned and verry small . The pool is very dirty that it grosses you out to swim in and even when informed the representative about it nothing changed ! It has been 9 dys since our stay and the deposit is not yet retuned.
