La varietà di cibo a pranzo e cena. La disponibilità della signora Angela, responsabile della pulizie. La sua cordialità e tempestività nel lavoro.
Si dovrebbe fare più manutenzione, ad esempio nei mobili che sono molto usurati I wc che gocciolava di continuo, mattoni rovinati, insomma un albergo da revisionare, visto che è un quattro stelle.

Breakfast selection was very good, however nothing was covered so on two occasions there were dead flies in the milk and also flies and wasps wandering over the food which was off putting, this was the same for lunch and dinner. Staff were mostly lovely, especially Dario, he really went over and above to look after us which was lovely. The entertainers provide pool classes throughout the day which was great, music was a little too loud, but that’s just my opinion - others enjoyed it.
Ants in the bedroom, poor shower quality (hot then freezing cold, then hot etc) pool was dirty, bird poop over chairs and parasols and all around the pool. Not enough parasols for the guests. The communal toilet by the pool was utterly revolting - I won’t write the state I found it in on more than one occasion. Nowhere to dry clothes in the room, ie not even a rail outside the window or a clothes horse. Rooms not well sound proofed, we were right next to the lift which was very loud. Room left uncleaned on 3-4 occasions, meaning no fresh towels.
