The building architecture of yesteryears reminded me of Nana-Nani ka ghar, big room, high ceilings, ventilation windows.
I personally do not like when the towels are not changed every day by the responsible staff at any hotel or homestay and I have to ask them to give me a clean towel. I end up not asking them all the time. The homestay didn’t have toiletries provided and I had to ask the staff to get me a toothpaste from one of the shops nearby, which happened to open only after 9-9:30 AM 🤷🏻♀️.

One of the best places in Jammu for a leisurely stay. The hosts (Amit and team) are extremely friendly and open minded. Rooms are spacious and clean.
It's also couple friendly (local Id's allowed). So if you wanna stay without constantly being judged by the hotel staff, this is the perfect place.
The Homestay provides basic and light breakfast options (On Demand). Ample amount.
An additional thing is that the entire staff was super helpful at all times. They even let me stay in one of the other rooms for a while when I had to wait for my train (which was later in the evening)
