Everything was good except parking facilities
The parking information should be clearer. The listing showed parking was available, but on arrival the staff informed me they only had parking for two-wheelers and no dedicated parking for cars. As I was travelling by car, this caused unnecessary stress. The next day, I was allowed to park only because there were fewer two-wheelers. The property should clearly specify the parking arrangement for four-wheelers.
Another serious concern is the large number of monkeys around the property and dining area. Guests should be clearly warned about this. I briefly left my table in the dining hall to refill my water bottle, and within 1–2 minutes monkeys took my food items. I lost food worth approximately ₹3,000. Monkeys can also open bags, scatter belongings, and damage personal items. Fortunately, my DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro camera, which was on the same table as my laptop, was not taken. This is a genuine safety issue, and the property should take preventive measures and display clear warning signs to protect guests and their belongings.

The staff, especially Mr Rahul Singh was fantastic. Thankyou Rahul and team for exceptional warmth and help. The location of the hotel was a turnoff. Rest everything was really nice.
The location of the hotel was really poor. Too much of steep climb to reach the hotel.

The only good thing about the hotel was the restaurant staff . They were so friendly , they helped me to book my flight since the wifi was not working . You have to scan or order through their website even to open the door you need to have otp and the wifi sucks. Please don’t visit this place if you are dependent on wifi.
Wifi , one reception staff who checked us in was rude and not helpful.
