Extremely convenient transportation and easy access to nearby food and grocery store!! An affordable price (i saw free beer on friday and free pizza on wensday). nice coffee at first floor too.
I would slightly complain that there are no suitable wiring ports inside the Pod and that there aren't enough toilets. btw i would still consider card instead of goki, seems many people have problem with that (i can hear people keep trying to open the door with password but just failed)

The capsules were nice, clean and comfortable. The charging port in my capsule was not working so I left my phone with reception to charge in their charging bank. I liked that the hotel was an easy walk to a subway station which got me downtown quickly.
Other than the charging port, nothing comes to mind.

I liked that it was just around the corner from Metro.
Difficulty getting into building to self check in due to code not working. The showers were in the basement and only two were working. Capsules are not very comfortable to get in and out of especially on the bottom one since you have to crawl into it. Not practical for older person like myself.
