A large basement bachelor unit with 12 foot ceilings available in the Old Village of Tremblant. The unit is bright and airy with a private entrance and one parking spot. You are walking distance to a number of pubs and restaurants and a grocery store. A short 4km drive to the chair lifts at Tremblant. The unit has everything you need for a weekend or mid week getaway. The unit was renovated in 2013 and has a full bathroom, with a kitchen and a flat screen tv with cable and wifi. The unit is heated throughout with radiant in floor heating. All linens, towels, toiletries are available for your use. The kitchen comes stocked with basic cooking supplies. The unit has a double bed couch tv and closet where you can hang your gear to dry out. It has a large bathroom with a nice size standup shower. There is parking for one small vehicle. CITQ #309269

Nice place. Our fault we did not get in till 2 am and not enough light. Once in the place we had a latern we could use. Stairs were tough below but also not your fault I do not walk well. Thank you we enjoyed the place and all the items you had for us to use.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jim's basement apartment. It was the perfect size for us and our dog. I loved that it has a full kitchen. It was convenient to the race track; mountain; old village and Saint Jovie. We had some minor issues and Jim's immediate communication was excellent. We would love to stay there again.

I was traveling solo and this was the perfect space. Really well equipped and comfortable space. The stairs are a little tricky with the luggage, but otherwise a perfect place for a single or couple. Super convenient with a grocery store right at the bottom of the hill. Really quiet. There were guests in the upper unit and I never heard a thing. Appreciated the well outfitted kitchen and the wonderful communication with the property owner/manager.

Check in process was seamless! We were barely at the property since we spent most of our time on the mountain, but it was very nice and clean for the time we spent there. Thanks Jim!

Great stay if you'd like quick access to Mont Tremblant as it's only less than a 10min drive. Despite the snow, the walkways were clear and the unit itself was warm and clean. Just be mindful if you're a light sleeper because you can sometimes hear the footsteps of the tenants upstairs, but it wasn't a huge issue during my stay. The host is responsive and the open communication made me feel welcome.

The place was really cute and super convenient to Mont-Tremblant skiing. It was awesome that we could bring our dog without any extra charge. My only hesitation was some of the items in the apartment (e.g., extra blankets) had other dog fur on them. This is only problematic as my husband is allergic to dogs and our dog doesn't shed. However, this is to be expected as dogs are allowed on the property, so no complaints there, just something to be aware of.

Hi we really enjoyed our stay and the only things that i would suggest to add is to get a smaller pan because it is hard to cook food on a small oven and to get disinfectant spray to clean the counters. Thank you so much and have a good day!

It's a great place to sleep - eat and recharge your batteries after and before your planned activities. I was at the blues fest. Since it's a basement condo there's no view and not really a place to lounge around but it has everything you need and is very clean. Wifi is good so that's a plus too.I would go back.

Place was perfect for what we needed. We were asked to vacuum and wipe down all counters etc (which we did) instead of being charged a cleaning fee, only to be charged a $50 cleaning fee before our arrival anyways. This was disappointing but the accommodations were nice.

We could not have been happier with Jim's place. It is clean, lovely, easy to find. Walking distance to town for dinner, groceries, a drink. 5km to the mountain. I think it was better to stay here than at Mt Tremblant itself. Its a zoo up there. It's a simple place, but that's all we needed. Basement apartment so not windows to speak of. But is was the highlight of our first weekend out of the country since covid and Jim's place made it magical.
