About this house rental
Located in Lake Blaine, this attractive house for $450 per night is a great option for your next trip. Come enjoy the best of the Flathead Valley from the comfort of this stunning, newly renovated, two bedroom lake house. With beautiful mountain and lake views I'm certain you and yours will enjoy this comfortable and spacious home. With access to a full kitchen, washer, dryer, dock, picnic area, outdoor eating area with fire pit, and private lake access, everything you love about Montana is right outside your front door. Self-contained campsite available with lake access for extra/over-flow guests for $75/night. Tents, campers, small RVs, and motor-homes welcome. Max length of 30 feet leaves parking for one vehicle, any additional vehicles for campsite guests will need to be approved prior to check-in. Please confirm camp site availability upon booking. Must be self contained. Will consider pets based on size, breed, and circumstances. There is not a separate bath house for campsite. Campers must utilize house for facilities, there is NO gray water or sewer disposal at site. There are no hook-ups at this site. This was a great vacation for our family of 7. We enjoyed doing things on the lake, especially the pontoon ride. We went to Glacier National Park 2 days and enjoyed the views and hiking there. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

This property was exactly as advertised. It was a great location. Great view of the lake from the living room and kitchen. Access to a lot of toys to use on the lake. Would definitely rent here again if coming to the Kalispell area.

A Great Glacier Getaway!
We had a great time at this little treasure last weekend! Despite the rain, we enjoyed lots of lake time with kayaks, canoes and the rowboat. Watching the lake rise with this wet season was really amazing!
The house was clean, and the dog greeters Ginger and Bindi were always a welcome sight. Thanks for a great weekend!

Overall we had an adequate stay. By little things I man not complete items in the kitchen you would expect to find. Also the room amenities in relation to the pictures displayed were not what we expected. I would expect some of the issues would have been corrected by the host if we asked but the hassle wasn't worth the effort so we made do. Location was convenient to Glacier and to Kalispell.

Nice but small
We were thrilled with the view of the lake when we got to the property but there was no actual lake access from the property. The downstairs bathroom was extremely small. The plumbing could be heard upstairs and downstairs. The washer kept giving an error and had to be unplugged and reset several times for only 2 loads of laundry.
Other than these couple of minor issues we enjoyed our stay very much and sat out on the front deck several nights and enjoyed the view of the lake.

We have loved our stay at Bruce's Lake Blaine Retreat. You can't beat the view and convenience of the location close to Glacier NP and many hiking trails outside of the park, too. It's also near the adorable town of Whitefish, which we really enjoyed.
Also appreciated having access to Bruce's kayaks.
The bed in the master is incredibly comfortable. Loved having coffee on the porch every morning and making smores at the firepit.
We look forward to returning!

No frills house but very clean. The owner lives next door and is very responsive to needs. The kayaks and fishing boat provided were fun for whole family. Basement bedroom and bath are very small but would suit kids fine. Pool table was a bonus. Kitchen was well appointed.

Awesome lakeside retreat!
Loved our stay on Blaine lake, close to Glacier NP where we spent a lot of our time. Enjoyed being greeted by a couple of the cute neighboring pups, the owner Bruce was really great and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed kayaking on the lake, fires in the evenings and spending time on the deck overlooking the lake. Spent most of our time at the house outdoors - swimming, playing basketball, etc. The house itself was clean and pretty basic, worked great for us. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Spot!
We so loved our stay at this house, the property is no frills, just what you need, but clean and very nice- the views are worth mentioning. We spent every evening on the porch or at the fire pit soaking in the vast views of the mountains and lake.

Great place!
Loved it here. The view was amazing. Wanted a place to be away and relaxed, and this place was perfect. Fire pit was a walk, but short and worth it for the night lake view and stars. Paddle board was so nice to do daily, esp bc the lake was calm mostly. Pool table was a fantastic surprise. Clean place. No supplies were needed bc everything was there (laundry stuff, lighters, wood, soaps, tv, even spices, coffee, sugar etc. I will think of this place when I remember Montana (Glacier too, of course). Well worth the cost.

Perfect Relaxation
Central location, close to Glacier, close to the water park at Columbia Falls (10 minutes away), close to Kalispell (10 minutes or so) and also Flathead. (20 minutes) Cozy, there’s a pull out sofa upstairs, a king size bed in the bedroom, laundry, full kitchen, downstairs is another fold out sofa, queen bed, bedroom with full bed and full bathroom. There’s a pool table, TVs upstairs and down for rainy day movies or relaxing after a full day on the lake. Dock is great, kayaks and paddle boat, fire pit, beautiful and quiet. Friendly lake neighbors, clean and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Memories
My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend here. Amazing views, and Bruce is as super friendly.
The dock was just down from the house so it made putting in our kayaks super easy. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Definitely will go back when we have a chance.

Peaceful Lake Retreat
Views don’t get better than from this Lake Retreat! The cabin worked great for 4 Adults. The patio was perfect for grilling and Morning Coffee. The fire pit was a great private spot for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the lake and Mountian views. We even had a great view of the northern lights during our stay.
Private dock and shore was a great place to relax.
Bruce was extremely friendly and helpful. He brought us fresh veggies from the garden and took time to take us out on the lake on his Boat.
We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place and memories for a lifetime!
This lake house is perfect! Cozy, clean, located about 20 minutes from everywhere and hard to leave. Great space to enjoy inside and outside! Bruce is a wonderful host that goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We will be back next summer for sure!

Perfect :Lake Vacation
The lake and the property is awesome. Bruce was great - super responsive to every question and issue. He was very helpful with the boat. He lives next door so that is convenient if you need anything. The only thing I would say is that the house is a little small and is better suited or more like 4 to 6 people. Larger parties (like we had) can work if you have younger kids or teenagers that are willing to share more tight spaces.

Peaceful Lake Front
This charming lakefront house was easy to find, easy to maneuver a 24 foot pontoon boat into, and just as easy to dock the boat. The lake itself is completely beautiful and there are just a few short steps down to the water from the house. The dock is amazing and has a fire pit equipped with a grate and firewood as well as camp chairs. The owner is on site and has lots of little thoughtful extras, like books, games, and even classic Disney movies. The only suggestion we had was to add some mini blinds to the upstairs bedroom for those of us who prefer to rise after 5:30 AM. We absolutely loved our stay and appreciated everything that was offered!

Great fun on the lake
Had a good stay. House has everything you need. The owner is a real nice fellow. He took us out on his boat and showed us around the lake. Reasonable distance to Glacier National Park. Would book again.

We were not disappointed at all, the lake is really nice and warm, Bruce was a great to deal with, the location is amazing. The views from the deck were very nice, 20 min to Glacier, but we loved our time at the cabin I think more.

Great relaxing location.
Owner stopped down to the dock and was very friendly. Made sure we were comfortable with our stay. The place is well kept and has the cabin on the water charm you would want. Very quiet area and you get the true Montana experience. If you are reading this and wondering if it is worth booking, it definitely is
