Nestled in Butte, this charming condo for $120 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Private access to a retreat space, design to allow a relaxing, refreshing stay for either traveling through, or extended stay for traveling professionals, or to take in our historic city, and it’s activities, all just ten minutes away. The space includes a large living area with leather seating along with a T.V. Patio area with table and chairs for your morning coffee or tea, which is supplied by way of a Kerig coffee maker. A large bedroom with two queen size beds. Another queens size trundle style is available in the living room area. It has a large bathroom, with a tub shower combination. Plenty of towels, etc for your comfort. Easy access to 1-90 s and I-15 s on and off ramps makes an overnight stay convenient in that you can be on your way without delay, giving you more time for that extra cup of coffee, or a little extra shut eye. It also allows quick access to fine dining, shopping etc. We’re also within walking distance to walking trails taking you to the Continental Divide. We’re state license and inspected.

Bev has set up an excellent and well-thought out floor plan with everything a person might need for a stay. It was spacious and comfortable. I wish we could have spent more time there and will keep her place in mind if we ever return to Butte! Thank you Bev!

Beautiful new home with all the amenities and some! Nice quit spot on Butte's East ridge. Look up and see the Lady of the Rockies. 5-10 minutes to Walmart.

More than expected. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful inside and out. Plenty of comfortable sleeping and lounging space. Will def stay again. Views were beautiful at night. Easy to communicate with owners when needed they were super helpful and accommodating.

Property was easy to access and easy to find. The space was much more spacious than I thought which was a pleasant surprise. It had everything we needed for a quick layover on our road trip.

You go down some outside steps to enter by sliding glass doors. Very comfortable living room with TV. Nice eating space. Large bathroom and bedroom with 2 queen beds. Comfortable sleeping. Bev and Dan were great hosts. We could easily see Our Lady of the Rockies from this place which was a bonus for us. Full fridge and small microwave. Great place to stay!

Beautiful location with easy access to the freeway. Well stacked kitchen, comfortable beds. The only inconvenience is that you can not get access to the property unless the owner is there. We had to wait more than 40 min for Bev to come home and open the apartment for us. I recommend this property To others.

Nice large one bedroom apartment, with cooking facilities, full fridge, 3 double beds, nice full bathroom. The host was especially nice too and quite accomodating. Very friendly folks. Beautiful view of the area as well. Quiet. Trail head just down the road. Three Bears grocery, gas, supply, nearby. One mile from Interstate exit. We really enjoyed, appreciated and felt blessed staying in this nice place.

My wife and I were very pleased with these accommodations. The bathroom was very clean with a good supply of towels and needed supplies. There is a small kitchenette with dishes and silverware available. The living room is very spacious with beautiful living room furniture. There is very nice carpeting throughout the apartment with beautiful tile floors in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable with clean, fresh linens and a beautiful bedspread. I can’t say enough about how pleased we were when we walked in and saw the beautiful small apartment with such a nice amenities. I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed with their stay there. I might add that, even though we were in the owner’s basement, it was always quiet. We think it’s a perfect place to stay while visiting the city of Butte.

Nice apt under main home. Right off the interstate and only a few miles from town and restaurants. Quiet country setting with beautiful view. Comfortable beds and bathroom. High top table is a challenge for older people but we managed.

We enjoyed our stay at this small apartment, close to the interstate, very easily accessible! Very clean, owners were very nice and accommodating. Would have loved to have a fan in the bathroom! Enjoyed our stay and will use this again when we need a place to stay in Butte! I give it 5 stars!

Beverly’s daylight basement apartment is cozy, clean and very comfortable. Aspen grove just outside the door is pretty and provides a beautiful privacy screen. The listing is very close to the Maud S Canyon Loop trailhead, which makes it an extra-desirable location for people who enjoy hiking or an evening walk.

The accommodations were really nice. Clean place that is also very large! Host was great and responded to our minor TV connectivity problem promptly. Quiet neighborhood yet very convenient to Interstate 90, Harrison Ave shopping and uptown Butte. We would definately stay here again since we frequent Butte seasonally.

Great communications from owner, very friendly. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to city, restaurants, etc. Also, conveniently located near I-90... easy on and off highway. Very easy to relax and get comfortable in.

This well-furnished daylight basement apartment was perfect for my trip, no detail was neglected, and it was just far enough away from the city hubbub for a rural-dweller like me. Sit on the patio and listen to the trees, greet trusty guardian Moose, and see the city lights at night. The fridge had eggs and milk and sundries, kitchen was well-stocked, check-in was clear cut and simple. Bed was comfortable and the whole place felt clean.

Where do I start…. The communication with the owners was amazing. Bev is wonderful and answered all of our questions. The basement apartment felt like a house. It’s up on the East ridge surrounded by beautiful scenery, and the view is amazing. Less than a mile to the nearest store and really with in 10 minutes of anywhere you want to go in town. The beds were so comfy and the bedding and the pillows were amazing! Im a pillow and bedding snob, so trust me when I say how we slept like babies every night! I even purchased the same pillows before I got back to Texas! Lol You will have an occasional visit from their chocolate lab, Moose. He is a doll! We saw deer out side of the living room and birds galore. The view at night was stunning as the town was lit up. Oh, did I mention the price? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Sooo affordable. Beautiful furnishings, every tv network was available, Wi-Fi , beautiful bathroom, kitchen has everything you need except for an oven. There is however, a toaster oven, a microwave and full stove top for cooking. Full fridge, dishes, silver ware, pots and pans and a toaster. A Keurig coffee maker with a drawer full of coffee pods. I could go on and on, but I’m afraid if I do, they will be booked for the next 3 years. If I had 3 thumbs it would get 3 thumbs up!

We made a quick overnight stop in Butte on our way to the Tetons and enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for the two of us. We had everything we needed for our stay and the view was beautiful. Moose was a great greeter, too!
