This was a great location and surprisingly quiet for how close we were to everything. The balcony deck was a nice amenity. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to KC

Really nice space, downtown KC close to just about everything! The place was cozy, TVs in every room, cozy towels in the bathroom, and just very nice place to stay! There wasn't a lot of light in there as the only windows were in the bedrooms, but that's not an issue if you're just going to go out anyway. My only complaint is that we rented this place because of the rooftop balcony so we could have some friends over (we used to live in KC), but we got a message just before check in about no parties, and that security cameras were watching. I wasn't sure what they constituted a party, though, so we just made different plans, which was a bummer. I would say to the owners to be more clear about how many people are allowed over and what it is they consider to be a party. Otherwise, this is a comfy loft to stay in, and if you're just in town to visit other people or go a concert, or in town on business or something, it's not a bad place to rent!
