Not really up to the high standards we expect nowadays in modern day B?B's?

I didn’t like the fact that the shower didn't have a safety "non slip mat" readily available. So, I didn't risk taking a shower. The towels could be replaced with new ones. It also stated breakfast included…i guess continental......but only option offered was Cornflakes or toast. Only coffee host had ....was instant coffee. We have moved a long way these days from instant coffee in modern day B?B's? The hosts really need to be clear as to what they mean by "breakfast included"? And what will one get for breakfast?

I didn't have any breakfast. Also, the breakfast room is clearly the hosts living room ..... not my idea of “breakfast included”. Also Wi-Fi did not work in my bedroom.

Our hosts were quite helpful and hospitable. They respected our privacy while being sociable.

Location was convenient t9 main road and Knox Pub. Breakfast was simple but filling. Very clean accommodations and hosts were quite funny.

That shower was slow ro drain.

Good value and clean!!

Friendly hosts, clean, with lots of towels provided. We booked two rooms, one with fab ensuite and the second room with a clean shared bathroom facilties.

Breakfast was a little underwhelming.

Clean house but don't have high expectations

It was clean and the bed was comfortable

Breakfast. I would expect breakfast in a b&b to have an option of a fry. We were offered cornflakes, porridge, weetabix, brown bread and scrambled eggs

Very poor

Got a smelly room, hot water was not hot( hitter did not work), Open bathroom, no closing. For breakfast, we got only single toast, a banana, and serials (not cooked one) . 1Mbit wifi is available only at the entrance, do no cover the room. Bottom line, do not stay there

Excellent location, great local pub! Good nights sleep!!

The location was perfect for a late flight arrival. We hired a car so were there in time to walk around to the local pub. Which was fantastic

I didn’t like the fact that the shower didn’t work and the only option was to have a bath, which did have a shower attached but it’s not great. The towels were really small. It also stated breakfast included…but our only option was Cornflakes or toast. We don’t drink dairy milk so it was quite disappointing. Even though the hosts were lovely, we couldn’t just eat our breakfast in peace. The breakfast room is clearly the hosts living room and the tv was on. Just not my idea of “breakfast included”

Hosts were great and very hospitable. Clean room comfy bed.

Breakfast was simple but filling. Cereal toast fruit and briwn bread. Nice clean room with comfortable bed. very close and easy to get to shannon airport

Easily accessible and friendly hosts.

Access to Bridgeview was great as it was directly off the motorway. Rose was very welcoming as was John. When we arrived she made tea and chatted with us. Breakfast was ideal. It was easy to travel into Ennis.

The only thing was a shared bathroom but we knew that. Everything else was very good.

Nice B&B on a quiet street away from traffic. Will need a car to get to town.

Rose is very down to earth and has a good sense of humor. She welcomed me with tea and cookies before I even "checked-in". The facility is wonderful and about 10 minutes drive from some nice restaurants in Ennis. Breakfast consists of porridge (aka oatmeal), toasts, jam, wheat bread and tea. Less than 1 hour drive to Cliffs of Moher.

Both John and Rose gave us an excellent welcome, the place was clean and very comfortable. John is an excellent host who cares about little details to make your stay comfortable. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Don't miss this one!

Rose, my hostess, went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible from the moment we met. Warm, friendly hospitality and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely peaceful location just outside Ennis. Highly recommended.

The shower water supply took a few minutes to warm up sufficiently, but overall lovely, and the bathroom was spacious.

Loved this place and the hosts!

Mr. and Mrs Hogan were great company and wanted to make sure our stay was comfy, which it absolutely was. I would love to come back and spend another evening there in the future!
