Situated in Duck Key, this attractive condo for $195 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Azure Breeze Villa 2103 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Fill your vacation days with sunshine and ocean breezes at this charming two-bedroom Marathon condo with a full kitchen, furnished patio, and access to deluxe amenities. Play a little tennis, get pampered at the spa, or dine in one of the resort restaurants, all within a short walk from your vacation rental. Meet or swim with the dolphins at Dolphin Connection, or head out with a fishing charter at one of the local marinas. Hawks Cay Marina is available to the general public (there is a launch fee). Duck Key Marina is on the same island (a half mile away) a mere two-minute drive away, and offers “in-the-water dockage” as well as trailer storage for dockage rental patrons. Boaters are sure to love having easy access to blue-water fishing! Perched on the north shore of Duck Key, just northeast of Marathon, this home boasts beautiful views of the water without even needing to step outside! This snowbird-friendly getaway also offers free WiFi, a modern kitchen, a furnished patio, second-story balconies off both bedrooms, and a grassy backyard leading out to the water. THINGS TO KNOW This is an individually owned villa and is not associated with Hawks Cay Resort. Your reservation is through Vacasa and not through Hawks Cay Resort, therefore, you do not have access to some amenities offered by Hawks Cay Resort (including all resort pools). It is your responsibility as a Vacasa guest to determine what if any Hawks Cay Resort amenities are available to you. A daily resort fee for access to Hawks Cay Resort amenities is not offered by Hawks Cay Resort. As a guest of this vacation rental, you can enjoy access to Angler & Ale, Sixty-One Prime, Dolphin Connection (with pre-purchased tickets/must purchase prior to being inside the resort), Calm Waters Spa, Duck Key Marina, and fishing charters at the Marina). Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 26 years of age to book. Guests under 26 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Was working in Marathon and this unit was a perfect location for the daily commute. The unit was clean and quiet. Would rent this VRBO again.

This was a last minute decision to head down to the keys for the long vweekend. We thought this spot on Duck Key would be perfect. Price was right and the pics looked good. We booked it.
When we arrived we were a little early so we sent a message asking to possibly check in a little early. A few minutes later we received a message saying our reservation did not qualify for early check
in??Never heard that before but ok. We waited till check in time and as we were ready to enter ... a lady was also entering. Evidently, she was with the property managers office. Said one of the bedroom tvs needed a new cord ... she had the wrong one ... never saw her again. Neither bedroom tv worked and upon entering we found we had no internet. They kept telling up to " find the modem" and reset. There was no modem anywhere. We kept messaging VACASA and an 800 phone number we were given. Long story shot ... 4 days NO INTERNET. We had a person in our party who needed internet to stay in touch for work purposes. They ended up using all of their monthly data and then some. Please be aware if looking to rent this property ... it was clean altho quite dated. The views were beautiful. I sure wish that access to Hawks Cay resort could have been included ... even for an additional fee! All in all, the lack of internet and lack of help from either vacasa and the person on the other end of that 800 number left a poor taste ... a partial refund is in order I feel. False advertising = something returned

We were very pleased with our rental. Check-in and check-out communication was great, all advertised amenities were available and the unit was very clean. We would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much, but would like to note that the toaster needs replacing. It smokes excessively while only toasting one side of the bread. We had to open doors (windows painted shut, another issue) to get smoke alarm to turn off. Had to toast outside afterwards. There is no information or receptacles for recycling until bags are brought to dumpster area and then it’s too late for sorting. The drain screen in the shower is missing so the very tiny soaps when dropped fall right in. There is a large, icky stain on the wall next to the bed.

We really enjoy this property. It’s located in the mid keys. A little over an hour from Miami airport and the same for Key West. I would definitely stay here again. It had a beautiful view looking out our back door.

We enjoyed our time at the Villa. The Duck Key area is lovely and was a nice middle-Keys location for lots of activities up and down the islands. Our unit was clean and had a view of the ocean off our porch.

We loved staying at this condo. We kayaked Duck Key, and we visited the Dolphin Connection right next door. It was centrally located in the Keys, close to Marathon and Islamorada and a short trip to Key West. Very clean and pretty condo. Only downside was the lock on the door didn't work and the key to lock and unlock the door was difficult

We had everything we needed for 2 couples for 3 nights. Close to restaurants. Great morning walks. We saw sharks and a manatee at the boat docks

We have a great experience. Waterside activities, Dolphin encounter, snorkeling, fishing and restaurant, all nearby. Neighbors and guests are friendly. It is a very quiet place for a good restful vacation.

Peaceful
The home was well decorated, clean, and accommodating. It had a great view of the water which was great to enjoy in mornings (breakfast/coffee) and evening. It was very peaceful and relaxing which was what I hope for after completing the Keys 100. It was close to Marathon which made it convenient to shop at Publix. Grateful to be able to book this for me and my crew (family) for the Keys 100.

The location is good, but we found there to be a few basic maintenance issues: most of the bedroom lights not working and the sheets were stained. Also, the property is managed by Vacasa, not an individual host, and when we contacted them with our disappointment wanting to leave a day early, they said they would get back to us and simply never did for two days.

The view is amazing, best ever!! Cleanliness was ok. Few things need repair ( towel racks on bathroom coming off wall. ) family of 5 we needed use of both bedrooms and pull out sofa. My husband and I stayed her with another couple. Location was close to Marathon and State Parks. Beautiful water view and unit was very clean.

We stayed in the middle Florida Key area at this villa. It was wonderful. We did have a smoke alarm low battery beep.
However, the maintenance man was there in a timely manner. He went ahead and changed all the smoke detector batteries so we wouldn't have any more interruptions.
