Our charming vacation spot offers clean, comfortable and attractive accommodations. It sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably, three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, a queen sleeper sofa in the first floor bonus room with attached full bath. Most guests love sitting on the large, screened porch for morning coffee as well as in the evening for dinner and conversation. Recent upgrades include stylish porch furniture, a front-loading washer and dryer, and a large-capacity water heater, ensuring toastier showers for all. The kitchen boasts a new microwave, dishes, and cutlery. Relax in our backyard, with a picnic table and an ample supply of lightning bugs for that perfect summer glow. After a day at the beach, rinse off in our fully enclosed outdoor shower, available from late spring to fall. Our fenced backyard is a popular safe haven for families with young children. Your satisfaction is our priority. Our cleaning staff ensures everything is perfect for your 4 P.M. check-in. If anything falls short, let us know immediately so we can make it right. Please be mindful of our residential neighborhood, keeping noise levels down to respect our year-round neighbors. Guests provide linens (sheets, towels and blankets), but rental options are available through Coastal Beach Services at 302 408-0212. Because of cleaning schedules, early check-in and late checkout are unavailable. Please dispose of trash and leave keys and parking permits by the door to avoid replacement charges. Stayed here with a 12 and 14yr old in early October. The house was cozy and had plenty of space. Nice sized yard, washline and outdoor shower to boot. Main dining space is the screened-in porch; there is a small table in the kitchen - this was fine for us, but if you stay here off season and it's cold, just be aware. Walkable to downtown Rehoboth but located in a quiet section of town which we appreciated. Communication with host was outstanding, she was very quick to respond. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this beach house; we brought our kids, 7 mo old baby, and my parents. To be able to walk to the beach and boardwalk but be on a quiet street was perfect. I love how this home has the vibe of an older beach cabin versus the new construction in the area. Check-in was a breeze and communication with Cindy was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this property!

Great location and portch, house and property are a little tired and could use updates. Small kitchen, yard is all dirt/ sand, outdoor shower needs attention. But if you plan to spend most of your time outside the house, its a good place to stay.

We loved staying at this home, it was the perfect location and size for our family. The kitchen was fully functional and well stocked with dishes and cookware where we enjoyed making breakfast and lunch. The back room on the first floor was a nice spot for our kids to watch tv later at night after getting back from the boardwalk. We especially loved having coffee in the morning on the front porch. Neighbors were nice and the neighborhood was peaceful, plenty of space to park and spread out while also feeling cozy. Thank you so much for sharing your home Cindy! We will be back!

This place was wonderful. We went with our two small kids (2 and 4) and our two friends. We all had plenty of space and we were able to relax. As if the location to the beach wasn't enough the porch and warm outdoor shower were amazing. We can't wait to go back!

Lovely house in perfect a location which was walkable to everything we wanted to do. There wasn't anything that we needed that the owner hadn't thoughtfully provided and we agreed that we would make plans to stay here again.

We spent 5 days at this cottage which has a fantastic screened porch on the front. Everything was great. Having access to a washer and dryer was a big plus. It’s close to the boardwalk, Silver Lake, and downtown so an easy walk! The cottage was perfect for the two of us, but could have easily provided comfortable accommodations for a few more.

Great house in a perfect location for the beach! Only trouble is having to bring literally every linen and towel (including hand towels!) but as long as you come prepared that’s fine. Great for big groups with all the beds. Good window unit ACs and good parking. The outdoor shower and screen porch are excellent!

This is our second stay at this property. We are a family of four and had two relatives stay with us also. There was plenty of room and we weren't on top of each other. It is so nice to have the screened in porch and back yard for the kids. Host communication is fantastic. The location of the property is so perfect. Just park and walk - beach, restaurants, stores etc. I would recommend this property for your stay in Rehoboth Beach!

Had a really great week here with our family of 4. Plenty of space to fit everyone comfortably. Spent most of our time on the amazing front porch. House is in a great location on a quiet block in one of the best parts of town. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk, but no crowds. Cindy was easy to work with leading up to and during our stay.

We loved our stay! The house is just as described with very nice new porch furniture and washer/dryer. It's well stocked too. Our bed was quite comfy. Cindy is very communicative which I appreciated. We had an issue with the tea kettle and before we knew it, a replacement arrived. The neighborhood is totally relaxing and quiet and convenient to everything Rehoboth has to offer. The short walk to the beach is so easy. A real treat!

Great location, easy walk to beach, lovely house!
We have stayed at this house twice and loved it both times. We brought our young kids and it was great for them. Three bedrooms allowed us to spread them out and they enjoyed playing on the sunporch.
The short walk to the beach is also very helpful with young children. The outdoor shower is great for getting clean after returning from the beach. Everything in the house was clean and the instructions for the property were quite clear.
We hope to stay again in the future!

This cottage is reminiscent of the places we stayed during my childhood. Lovely porch to gather as a fam. The kitchen is very small but the appliances are top notch.

After Labor Day Vacation
This charming cottage, large enough to comfortably accommodate our family of six adults, was not only well-equipped- but also was a delight when we discovered yet another art piece or picture throughout the home. Air conditioning kept us cool. Location was walking distance to beach, made easy with our rolling beach cart. We brought our own bedding and towels - that was the first I have done so. The screened porch is where we spent great deal of time. Had great weather except for one rainy day so we joined the throng at the outlets. Beach time, games, eating food led to family bonding.

Rehoboth
Cindy's place was just as advertised, an old school beach house with all of the charm and comfort we expected. Some points that might be relevant to others: the window unit ACs all worked great, even when it was in the low 90s outside; the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a group of four adults and two kids; the back family room worked very well as a play room for kids, while the adults gathered in the living room. The only downside (which Cindy can't control) was that the mosquitos in the backyard were so numerous and aggressive that they kids couldn't play there without a thick layer of bug spray.
