Located on the 20th floor at 11100 Coastal Hwy in North Ocean City, our condo offers expansive views of both the ocean and the bay, providing the perfect backdrop for unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. The spacious condo features two large balconies, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
The building offers three high-speed elevators. The expansive sundeck, equipped with picnic tables and seasonal umbrella tables with chairs, is perfect for sunbathing and leisurely afternoons. Indoor pool permanently closed Fall 2024. A new outdoor pool completed June 2026.

This is my second stay at The Irene. This unit was in great shape. Very clean with all required kitchen amenities. The host was very informative and ensured we were well prepared for our stay.

Our family spent a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Full kitchen and a laundry was a great addition, especially with having an infant. The condo was very clean and newly renovated. We also enjoyed the breathtaking views from both balconies with the oceanfront and bay views. It’s located close to a lot of restaurants but also far from the boardwalk, which was great because the beach was not overcrowded and especially considering the pandemic it was good to be not too close to other people. The owner Dan and his wife were very helpful and reaponsive from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend it and we definitely will be back next year.Anna
