My only complaint was the toilet seat. It was loose & shifted when sitting on it. That is the only thing that was a nuisance.

The unit we stayed in was immaculately clean, very spacious and everything seemed brand new. It was peacefully quiet. Our stay felt so comfortable and more luxurious than we expected. The primary bathroom was surprisingly spa like!
The amenities are a bit spread out, but that kept everything from feeling overcrowded and gave us the chance to explore the beautiful area. We took advantage of the river walk, the lake, the hot tub and pool. We intend to come back to take advantage of the other amenities we ran out of time for.
The younger lady at the community center was super helpful with explaining about the amenities, and the crew at the boathouse were really nice and helpful with our boat rental. The views around the lake are great!
We were very disappointed that the golf club was permanently closed-we didn’t realize that upon check in. The only public golf course was in rough condition and only a 9 hole course so that was a disappointment.
One of the saunas was out of order.
We couldn’t go out on the balconies at our unit, but the views were still excellent.

We’ve stayed at Fairway Forest a few times now. Good value and nice size condo.
This time our visit begin very good. The rental we were placed in had I flushed number 2 and toilet paper left in it. Disgusting and made us feel like it hadn’t been cleaned. How could a cleaning person leave it like that?
