Situated in Desoto Lakes, this attractive house for $138 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Three bedroom, two bath recently renovated pool home offer a fully fenced in yard. Large Master offers king sized bed with private bath and a private office space with a walk in closet. Huge granite island in the kitchen with massive cabinet space and a work area. Private laundry area. Two additional well sized bedrooms, one featuring a walk-in closet, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds and two full dressers. Additional full bath that leads to the pool. Soak up the sun on the deck under the Expansive Lanai area with caged pool featuring 12 foot plus cage and a covered dining area outside. Five minutes to I 75. Minutes to the UTC. Close to beaches and shopping. Can be rented short term or longer, Pets welcomed, offering a private fenced in area for your pets!

We loved our stay for the most part . There was a few issues that were brought up while staying witch I reported some . Note if you have dogs I know it says pet friendly with a closed in back however I was informed I could not have dogs back there due to a long term staying resident that is allergic and it does not specify that dogs are the exception. I also sat in a chair witch broke when I sat in it and took pictures of the rust on the ground on the chair and reported it with no response back after I fell . Washer and dryer were messing up washer took to long to wash and the lock lid kept getting stuck and the dryer took 2 rounds to fully dry . The rod in the bathroom would not stay up and kept falling . The cabinet doors brackets needed replaced .one of the sinks was stopped up and was leaking from underneath.
Over all we loved the place its much bigger in person then what it looks like in the photos. Its well stocked with towls blankets ex.... and its absolutely beautiful. My kids used the pool everyday and loved it . So other than a few issues that needs attention and me falling we would recommend staying at this place again .

The furst 3 of 6 day a here were spent trying to get the central air working. There was a problem with the unit but the property manager was very on top of getting people there to work on it. It was an unavoidable problem that was handled fairly well. In the description it says there's a closet for each room, but one of the guest room closets are unusable due to a lock. The home and the owner was nice, the cleaning was not very nice. I realize that the owner pays someone to do this, maybe follow up the crew would be in order.

First of all our stay was cut short because of covid 19. Our Prime Minister requested that all Canadians come home. We left the property On March 22. The property manager for the second time did not acknowledge or respond to our email when we let him know that we were leaving.
The house was superficially clean at best. After residing for 24 hours we realized that it wasn’t clean at all....baseboards and corners were filthy, window sill dirty and grimey,showers needed to be scrubbed, the mattress was uncomfortable, no mattress cover, mattress had yellow stains, under the bed was dirty and dusty, all blinds were dirty, ants in three rooms, multiple ant hills on the property, stove drawer greasy and dirty, pool deck area covered in black sand, barbecue gross not useable.

Loved this home. Was very clean and cozy. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything you need. Highly consider staying here when visting sarasota in the future. Owner very friendly and quick to respond to questions we had. Highly recommended

Ive stayed in quite a few VRBOs and Air BNBs over the years and this one was by far the best. The owner communicated well with with me during my stay. The process of getting in/out of the house couldn't have been easier. The house was well maintained . I was worried about accomadations in the kitchen but everything was fully stocked and then some. The grocery store is right down the street so no issues with that either. I will definitely be renting this one again.

Very comfortable, great location. Enjoyed the sitting area off the pool. Morning coffee with room for everyone to sit and chat. Will definitely use again. Frank answered with any questions we had, easy to reach.
