Very good

Lovely light filled home. It was great to have a selection of games to play too.

It's a pain having to bring your own linen. Also, the real estate agency who managed the property had terms and comditions to sign that contradicted the ones on booking.com.

Good value for the price, recommend

Nice holiday house in a good location. While an older building has been well decorated with a beach house feel. Had everything we could want, kitchen especially well catered for with stovetop coffee pot as well as coffee plungers. Large fridge/freezer. Good barbeque and nice touch having a spare gas bottle ready to go.

Left after 1 x night as there was no functional heating, towels or linen

The location was only a couple of blocks from the surf beach

Heating did not work, BBQ caught fire was full of grease / had not been cleaned, no towels or linen.

Stayed with my kids. Nephews and sister in law to kick off school holidays.

Good location close to beach and Main Street. Good size garden for kids to play. The hot water system played up and the property managers were great at getting the property fixed straight away.

Would have been nice to have had a bit of milk upon arrival available in the fridge. Even if it’s long life to be able to make a coffee or tea on arrival for guests to try and relax and get into holiday mode after a long drive to get to the property. Extra toilet paper would also have been great instead of having to supply our own. Just small touches would have made experience a little more personable instead of making the property feel 100% transactional type.

This facility provided us with the accommodation we required. Unlikely we would choose to stay there

Location pretty good although not a very good outlook!!

Place is "very tired"!! Because of this, it did not appear to be clean! Out door condition was very unkept and needs attention!

nice treed block on a quiet street

nice open bright rooms, would be great for a family.

the main bed had a very firm mattress and bed rattled and creaked. we didn’t mind no wifi but it may be more difficult for a family with teenagers

Badly needs a cob web clean about all the rafters and windows.

Enjoyable stay. Solid basic accommodation.

Location was OK. A significant walk to shops or beach.

maintenance, moderness and cleanliness could be better but none of them deal breakers.

Exceptional

Spacious and homely, with a lovely garden. Excellent spaces, little touches such as kids games in the cupboard, and just feels like a loved beach house. Short walk to the beach (5 mins) and town (15 mins).

Not the property itself, just the process is a little clunky going through booking.com. After having paid and been accepted, then required to complete additional forms and terms and conditions with the managing local real estate agent via email communication and signing and scanning forms back to them. The communications informed me that without doing this, the booking wasn’t finalised. No great drama, but unexpected additional admin work, and can be improved as an experience.
