Enjoyed our stay despite a few things that could have added to our enjoyment.

Walking distance to shops. The view, comfy couch, good layout, no road noise. Access to park car in garage. Very private.

Having to bring all linen including tea towels, hand towels, sheets & bath towels. No sound proofing between floor levels. No blankets for sitting on couch. No coffee machine. Floors were wet on arrival. Minimal pantry items. Roll down blinds bang on window architraves, near floor ducts when ducted heating comes on.

great house but needs to be cleaned properly and supply limited basic toiletries

plenty of room for a family to visit. 4 large bedrooms. great location very close to the Main Street and flat beach.

The house didn’t meet clean standards. One of the beds linen was dirty, dirty towels hanging in wardrobe. No toilet paper at the house.

Great family getaway

location & size of the home was excellent. has everything a family or group could need.

the cleaning could have been a little better (i found pieces of puzzle, a dice and some toys under the coffee table. also found a lot of dust under the beds as i had to move one to get a child's toy out). grass was due to be cut in the yard. beds are double (not queen) and quite soft (which i don't like, but that's personal preference). would have appreciated linen to be included in the stay.

Location, location, location - BUT ....

Great location Super comfortable beds Really well laid out house with lots of room – very spacious Off-street (garage) parking which is accessible from the inside of the house. Bathtub is a great size Agent did attend to resolve initial issues

Bins had not been emptied from previous visitor, paying $40 for bed linen, no wifi, no milk or coffee, lack of spare toilet paper, no clean dishcloths. Having to deal with all of this on our arrival before being able to go out and enjoy the area.

it’s a dump, please don’t stay here and save your money for a better place.

I disliked everything. nil value for money. The place was dirty, several lights not working, no linen which for nearly $400 per night is outright appalling.

overall it was a great stay

good sized living space, good number of bedrooms, excellent location

mattresses weren’t very comfortable, hot water didn’t work in the kitchen (reported this to staff)

Great location close to shops and beach. Bed excellent. Kitchen well appointed.

Could have been a bit cleaner. Not having WiFi resulted in extra costs. Garage roller door remote not working. Duct central heating did not work, ok upstairs as there was air conditioning but extremely cold downstairs. If you were staying with other family members occupying downstairs there would have been a need for extra TV

We liked the location but were disappointed with the meanness of the owners.

Spaciousness and location. Distant view of the beach from the large deck with outside table and chairs.we Lots of wardrobe space. Lots of crockery and cutlery and large dining table.

No linen or towels. Had to pay $40 to rent these! Never struck this before anywhere!🥺 No wi fi! 😩 No soap, shampoo, etc in bathrooms. Over the top notices about leaving the place clean! Only detergents were those left by previous guests. Remote to open garage didn’t work, even after batteries were replaced. Disappointing meanness about the whole rental.

Property wasn't ready on time, it was ready at 3:00pm, but this wasn't a big deal to us anyway.

Very enjoyable

Very spacious and well equipped place. Location was also fantastic, walking distance to the town and beach.

Would have been better if wifi was available, especially in current Covid restrictions period where some people are still working from 'home'
