The entrance leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, TV, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, exhaust hood and refrigerator (freezer). The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine. Living room with lounge.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna.

Monte San Savino. The holiday home is located on a farm, on an enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking on the property.
