The owners are very nice, very helpful, and coffee, tea and water water was readily available nice to place to sit on the main floor
no showers, no in room toilets for one of the rooms
We were wondering why we weren't on the same floor given we booked early and were not happy with having to walk across the hall to access the toilet and shower, if you cannot deal with stairs or high side bath tubs this is not the place for you. We alsonhad problems communicating which were new for me.. I just didn't think it matched my expectations but it was clean, friendly and convenient to the downtown Lancaster
