It was ok

The room was nice

The pool wasn’t opened and that’s the reason I went there so my grandkids could swim but it wasn’t open yet

Welcoming.

Staff went that bit further in helpfulness and being polite and friendly without being force . Came across as a strong team who enjoy working there rather than the more normal scripted and uncomfortable approach from other hotels

Better than I expected.

Located close to many dining places. Easy check-in, quiet rooms. Good continental breakfast.

Breakfast was good. More than enough to get you on the road again. the entire place was clean. very clean. comfortable beds. nice elevators. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location for us was perfect.

Randolph Inn gets a NO Star Rating

Deb at the front desk was nice & offered me homemade lasagna.

My room was populated with cockroaches. I killed several. Ceiling peeling, blanket full of fuzz balls, huge gap under my door. There was no coffee maker or microwave. There is no housekeeping daily & they asked me to take my own trash to the dumpster. I was in the detached part of motel-dont let the pictures of this motel fool you because those pics & rooms look very inviting but their other building is unacceptable & dirty. There are no pictures of these rooms online. My room was almost $100.00/night because of your discount but otherwise this disgusting room would have been $135.00/night. They are the only hotel in town & no other options within 20 miles of Winchester, IN. They also have a no refund policy & I had to go for work & was done a day early & could not get my extra day refunded that I paid upfront for. Overall I would have rather just been cold & stayed in my car because this stay was horrible. People that stay in their nicer looking main bldg may have had a better experience but their other bldg with more rooms should be tore down. There is no excuse for this condition to have to put up with at a hotel. This hotel should not be advertised as an 8.8/10. Ive read others reviews on Google Maps, which you should do because many complain of the same things. And nothing has changed in those reviews in the last 4 yrs people have left. Mgt needs a visit from the Health Dept and whoever else needs to pay them a visit to correct this unhealthy environment. The staff said they would spray my room but they did not. I even had to go buy flip flops to wear because I didnt want any part of me touching the floor or the shower. I slept fully clothed as well.

Very good

It was a clean and nice hotel. The pool and free breakfast were definitely a plus.

I wish the description of the room was better. I was confused in the difference between a luxury suite and a spa suite. A luxury suite is the only room with a hot tub.

Expensive for being non-existent

Absolutely nothing

I was not aware that there was only going to be one bed in my room. We had to go and stay somewhere else and they would not refund any of my money. I could not even get a manager to call me the next business day. Will never recommend to anyone!

Very good

I was pleasantly surprised with my accommodations. I like that the room did not have carpet. I also liked that there was counter space in the bathroom. There were plenty of towels and I like that the shower had a door.

The only thing I would suggest changing is to have better linens on the bed and to have a better breakfast.

Didn't care that pool opened at 10am . 8am would have been good .

Exceptional

I had the sausage gravy on wheat bread with fruit salad and orange juice for breakfast. My wife had the same except water instead of orange juice. They had other breads, bagels, and rolls with gravy and waffles if we wanted them. They also have hot water and coffee, a large microwave, and an ice machine.

It had everything we expected.

Clean sheets, location, friendly staff.

Would prefer a bit more variety / better quality breakfast but I understand "real eggs" aren't always possible. Cinnamon rolls / biscuits were very dry.
