This property is just beautiful. The location is perfect. Lovely quiet neighborhood and just a short 10 minute walk to the beach and downtown La Jolla Shores. We celebrated my sons college graduation with friends and family and it couldn’t have gone better. Lovely outside space with a calming fountain and beautiful views from the balcony’s. Ally, the host was fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Fantastic La Jolla vacation
This property is just beautiful. The location is perfect. Lovely quiet neighborhood and just a short 10 minute walk to the beach and downtown La Jolla Shores. We stayed at this beautiful home for 10 days and 9 nights. It’s a great home for families. Lots of space and a great neighborhood to walk around. Short walk to La Jolla Shores. Many great restaurants near that provided outdoor dining. Cute ice cream shop near that the kids loved.
Ally was very gracious host and responded right away to any questions. We also loved the outdoor grill and plenty of beach toys/items were available in the garage. We will definitely return!

Wonderful family home
We stayed at this beautiful home for 10 days and 9 nights. It’s a great home for families. Lots of space and a great neighborhood to walk around. Short walk to La Jolla Shores. Many great restaurants near that provided outdoor dining. Cute ice cream shop near that the kids loved.

Excellent communication with the owner and any issues were immediately resolved. My only recommendation would be to have a list of local restaurants, food shops, places that locals know! We would have found that very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved the house! It was perfect for our family! The view was spectacular! And the short walk to the beach and shops were very convenient. Our kids and grandkids loved it! Everyone had an amazing vacation. If we are ever in the La Jolla area again we will definitely be staying there.

We absolutely loved the house! It was perfect for our family! The view was spectacular! And the short walk to the beach and shops were very convenient. Our kids and grandkids loved it! Everyone had an amazing vacation. If we are ever in the La Jolla area again we will definitely be staying there.

Beautiful house! Awesome location!!
The house was immaculate. It's way better than the pictures. The master bedroom was super nice and space was huge. Beautiful views from both balconies in the bedroom. Walk to the beach and cafes made it so convenient especially on a holiday weekend when parking was full at the beach.
Would definitely stay here again.

Our rental was for a week with our 4 adult children and 20-month old grandson. The layout of the house was ideal for everyone to have their space and the location was convenient for both walks to town and beach and to drive to nearby activities. The furnishings were comfortable and the upper level suite was totally delightful. Luckily, Ally had emailed her assistant’s cell phone number as we had several immediate questions and Stacy was very responsive.
Unfortunately, the picturesque atmosphere was compromised with the appearance of cockroaches in the kitchen and dining room area. The first showed up on Saturday evening, our first night; more came on Sunday night; and that’s when I emailed Ally. I did not receive a response and sent a text to Stacy on Monday morning. The exterminator showed up Tuesday afternoon but we still had our unwanted visitors for additional days as it takes time for the application to kick in.
Adding to the situation was the fact that outside temperatures were really warm. With no air-conditioning on the first level and not wanting to keep windows open in the evening, due to seeing cockroaches outside as well, the nights were warm for those sleeping in the lower level bedrooms.
I finally heard from Ally on Wednesday who was very apologetic for the circumstances and offered to credit a portion of our rent, both of which I appreciated.
Garage Warning: When you initially park in the driveway, make sure to park a distance from the garage door before you open it. The door comes out over the garage and if your car is parked near it, the door will hit the car. (We were lucky as it just missed our rental by about 2 inches!!)
If the cockroaches had not been a part of the experience and if responses to my emails had been answered in a more timely manner, this would have been a 5-star rental.

Great place in La Jolla
House is located in a great location. 5 minute walk to the beach and easy driving distance to many attractions in the San Diego area. Beautiful and comfortable home in a great location
My family and I stayed here for four nights in June, and it was an excellent experience.
The home is spacious and comfortable. The master suite on the top floor is especially amazing!
The kitchen is well-appointed and had everything that we needed for the meals that we ate here.
It's only a 5-minute walk down to the central street in La Jolla Shores; we loved dinner at Piatti (their olive-oil/garlic/balsamic dipping sauce is addictive) and breakfast at Shorehouse Kitchen. It's only a few minutes further walk to the beach, which to me, is perfect: not so close that you deal with crowds and parking issues, but still a quick walk to get your ocean fix.

Shores neighborhood gem.
Very comfortable home for up to 10 people. Close to shores beach, shops and restaurants. Home is well equiped and clean. Only drawback might be the beds (quite soft).

Walk to the beach and local restaurants and coffee shop. Great layout, very comfortable master bedroom with outstanding views, and back patio and balconies for enjoying the terrific La Jolla outdoors. Easily handled our 6 adult children. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home. Great location.
Beautiful home with interesting architecture in a great location. Quiet too. Close to small town with lots of shops, restaurants, amenities. Master bedroom (entire upper floor) is stunning and super comfortable complete with office area and large bath, with balconies and incredible ocean views (ocean about 5-10 min walk). Cozy living/dining room area. House feels new and beautifully appointed. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you.

The house was amazing and Great location
We had a great time. Its walking distance to the beach, all the shops and restaurants. The house is beautiful, had enough space for our family. Fire place was warm and a good space for everyone to seat at once and catch up. Couple things that was not up to par was there was no soap in any of the bathrooms and no toilet paper either. A lot of lights nobs everywhere some work some do not. But overall the house is great and will recommand it to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at this spectacular home!
We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in the summer of 2016. The house is truly spectacular. It feels very elegant and modern, but also has a relaxed beach house feel to it. The house was very well stocked with basic necessities and was extremely clean and well maintained.
It is in a great location. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, but it was just a short walk to the beach. There are also several stores and restaurants within walking distance. There's also a full grocery store only about a mile away. There's also easy access to many types of shopping in downtown La Jolla. It's also less than a mile from the La Jolla Cove, where everyone enjoyed seeing the sea lions and other marine life.
We stayed for five nights. We were in La Jolla for my daughter's wedding, which was at the UCSD Scripps Seaside Forum. The house was very conveniently located only 10 – 15 minutes away from the venue.
We had a brunch/reception at the house the day after the wedding for the wedding party and out of town guests. We had approximately 40 – 50 people, and everyone fit quite comfortably. There is a very nice big back yard which was wonderful for entertaining also. The kitchen was great and easily handled all the food preparation we did for this event.
There is also a great gas barbeque in the back yard which we were able to utilize on one of the other days.
We had great communication and found the owners very nice and easy to deal with. When we first arrived, I called with a question and got an almost immediate response. I would just like to say thanks again for sharing this beautiful home with us. It made our special time much more special.

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more in this lovely house. The house was great, perfect location for us, and master bedroom on top floor was amazing!! Highly recommended!!
