Very spacious property, but not particularly well maintained. Good location surrounded by greenery, with a lovely outdoor pool. Good breakfast, but the staff was not very friendly.
Absolutely not up to the standards of a five-star hotel. The room was small, not particularly clean or well maintained, with electrical outlets coming away from the wall and a broken toilet. The gym was very humid and poorly maintained, and the common areas were not adequately managed for a property claiming to be five-star. Given the treatment we received, we have stayed in three-star hotels and bed and breakfasts that were far better and much more welcoming. The staff was also not particularly friendly.
