The condo was quite comfortable, and very warm, which was nice during our winter visit. Stop for the resort shuttle was very close, so quite convenient. (If we had been there in the summer: the "community" pool was quite close.) The location was quite convenient for driving to St. Jovite and things in that direction. The resort village was a short drive away, though parking could be difficult (and expensive in the main lot).
Lack of adequate seating in the "living area" (only one 2-3 seat sofa) was not a real problem since we had two kids (6 and 8) with us, so spent a lot of time playing games around the dining table. Less desirable for up to six adults who wanted to sit by the fireplace and enjoy chatting and sharing a drink. Could have used a second trash container in the kitchen since recycling is highly encouraged. And it would have been nice to have some information/schedule on the resort shuttle.

When we arrived at 4:30pm there was no water supply so had to call and the tech showed up which fix the issue. The real problem start when Sunday morning at 6am there was no water supply again. I called the receptionist and he said he is sending someone shortly , no one showed up till 7:30. I called again and the next person informed us that the technician will come not before 9:30 am. We have to leave by 9 to mount tremblant to do all our prepaid activities. Now we are stuck there. I asked for a supervisor or manager to call me back never received a call back. Also there was garbage in one of the rooms closet with used condoms in it which was not cleaned before us.
