The Misleading Property!

RM 404 wish I was in that room the entire trip but I was in it 11hrs, the end of my trip

The room 201 had 32in TV's in the room I mean what child was in this trip, the bed was darn near on in the floor not comfy, I requested an oceanfront couldn't see an ocean in that rm at all, toldvtge front desk about the issues at checkin. I was told no more rooms were available, but when the roaches were crawling in the shower with me the following day, all of a sudden rooms are available and had been and they weren't sure why the receptionist the night before put me in 201 in the first place. My biggest concern is did them roaches get into my luggage because I was gone from the property all day. I was moved at 9pm the night b4 my checkout, this dude not satisfy me as a customer at all

Owner wanted to show unit

Availability. We had a big issue with our vrbo rental

We were forced to move out of our original assigned condo. The owner wanted to show the unit. So the owner called the front desk and moved us our. Poor planning and hospitality

nice, but not for the price

beach front, full kitchen, amazing bed!

cheap and practically ruined pots and pans, floors were dirty when we arrived and the shower head and kitchen sink faucet were GROSS

Very good

The location was great. Easy to access the beach.Decor was nice. It was clean.

Workmanship was very poor. Only One elevator for 17 floors was working. They only give you one small bar of soap for 2 baths, no paper towels ,.. most places supply complementary soaps and shampoos. Had to take trash in alley behind garage.

They did not have breakfast. the have an extra fee for parking. We hear a lot of noise all night long

This hotel was good enough to relax in, but is pricey for what we got.

The hotel itself was in decent shape. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly every time I talked with them. My safe stopped working and they fixed it very fast. The kitchen had everything one would need.

They charge for cleaning & a final cleaning but yet they do not clean while you are there, unless you make a request for it. While the hotel is cashless, their laundry room you can use a credit card or quarters for the machines. The problem is they have no changer there. We ended up going off-site to wash. Charges daily to park in the parking garage. They call it a registration fee. They charge a few dollars to book with a credit card but yet they don't accept cash.

Close enough to to perfect

The room has just been remodeled and was outstanding! so clean and just nice! we have been to mb several times in the past 6 months and this was the nicest place we have stayed in.

I didn’t like the view. we had a front view of the condos beside us and right below is was the noisy pool pumps. The indoor pool was extremely small.

The Worst Place With A Good View

The view, the parking and the easy beach access

The check-in process, the slow elevators, the lack of staff, the dirty floors, the murky smell, the torn shower floors, the broken furniture, the rusty shower water, the lack of water pressure, the dirty luggage trolleys, the terribly dirty toaster.

First timers to Mrytle beach !

I loved waking up to hearing the ocean. Our view from the room was good. I liked that all we had to do is cross the road to get to the beautiful beach. Was a wonderful vacation!!

Worst experience ever at Forest Dunes Resort !!!

The restaurant had great food

Always had problems getting Towels. There was Mold in the Vents. Staff was very rude at times. Room needed to be cleaned. There was dust everywhere. Looked as though Staff never cleaned Rooms. Elevator was filthy. Bathrooms in Pool area was dirty. This was my Family Reunion and was the worst experience ever. My family experienced Urine in the floors in there Bathrooms. Some Of them had to be moved like 4 times. We booked over 15 rooms and the money we paid didn’t equal the experience we received. I’m very disappointed!!!!!!!!! The amount of money me and my family spent, we expected a better experience.

Disappointing 3rd Stay

Was able to book at least minute

This was my 3rd time staying and the room looked like it had not been cleaned at all. There was hair all in bathrooms and in the sinks, floors was dirty and the kitchen was disgusting. There was only 2 forks and 1 spoon. But yet rented the room for 4 people to occupy. Trying to cook on the stove with a 90 degree angle on the eyes was a challenge. I was to call front desk when I needed towels etc., leave dirty outside door and would get clean ones as they picked up the dirty ones. Ask for towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels garbage bags and toilet paper. Dirty towels are picked up no clean ones left had to call back to front desk only to receive towels and garbage bags but no toilet paper or kitchen towels. The garbage disposal was running up into the opposite sink. My ocean view was more like ocean try and peak threw the trees and buildings. Very disappointing compared to my 2 previous stays.

Superb

Everything else was great. The room. Accesibility. Pools and jacuzzi and it was a quite area. I look forward yo staying there again in the future

The staff i did come in contact with could have been a little friendlier. I didnt get a smile or anything when i checked in or out. Just a " have a good one"
