Watched dolphins from our balcony every day. Unit supplied with everything you might need during your stay. Unit comfortable and nicely decorated. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Front office staff friendly and helpful.

The condo was great for our trip this year. It was just as described and cozy on the days we had to stay in during Tropical Storm Ophelia! The location is great, we had all we needed for our stay, and check in/out were easy. The property is well maintained and relatively quiet. Fantastic views from the balcony. Would definitely recommend this listing.

Very disappointed. The smell that greeted us in the parking lot was that of raw sewage. The lobby was old. Walking into the elevator was like going into the twilight zone. Hallway to the condo was very filty. The condo was ok but old. Not what i expected. They advertised newly renovation maybe 15 years ago. Water was very slow to run out in the bathtub. Did not enjoy my stay. Checked out a day early. Only plus it was a great view of the beach.

Perfect view! Saw dolphins swim by three times! Condo was perfectly equipped. We made all our meals in the kitchenette and lacked nothing! Proximity to the boardwalk and Broadway on the beach and of course to the beach itself is incredible! We were spoiled with perfect weather! Will try to book it again for next year!!!

This property really is exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed (dishes, glasses, coffee pots, cookware, baking pans, utensils, blender, toaster and microwave). Full size stove and refrigerator. Awesome beach front view. Honestly, it is the widest view of the beach I have ever had from a balcony. The location is perfect. Short walk to lots of activities, shopping and dining. My daughter and I will be back next year.

The property was exactly as described on the pictures in the listing. The location is also really near the Sky Wheel in central Myrtle Beach. The owner communicated in detail with me prior to the trip and answered questions we had about the check-in process, which turned out to be super easy! We just had to check in at the desk to get our pool and parking passes. The owner uses a combo lock on the door which is great because we didn't have to worry about keeping track of a key. The condo itself is very clean and has some necessities such as salt, pepper, paper towels, dish soap, etc., that we don't always find when we rent vacation condos. I would rent this place again, and I definitely recommend it!

I have to brag on this property. It was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do justice compared to what it looks like in person. It was very spacious, clean, and modern. The California king bed was so soft and comfortable. The beach view is amazing! It was a washer/dryer so that was helpful with not having to wash when we get home. Everything was superb. The owner was so nice and helpful as well. Don’t wait, book!

This was an excellent place to stay as the view of the beach was great and the condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was so nicely decorated and met our expectations. The restaurants in the area were good and we loved sitting on the deck and walking on the beach. As it was off season, we knew it would be too cool to go in the water but it was nice that it wasn't crowded anywhere we went. We would want to stay here again if we return to the area.
