About this house rental
Located in Estero, this lovely house for $191 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This lovely beach home has 3 bdrms/2 baths, sleeps 4 in an open floor plan with soaring ceilings, full kitchen with dishes/cookware/ glassware/utensils, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, etc. The Master Bedroom and Great Room open to the private pool and whirlpool in an enclosed lanai. Amenities include central HVAC, WiFi, TV's, DVD's, washer/dryer, phone, towels, linens, blow dryer, beach towels, gas grill, pool toys, beach umbrellas/toys/chairs, portable coolers, bikes, and board games. The MB has a Queen bed, the other two bedrooms have trundle beds that open to Queen beds. Our community offers a 9-hole practice golf course, heated pool, pool room, tennis, jogging/bike paths, exercise rm, volleyball courts, shuffle board, and bocce ball courts along tree lined trails. These amenities are available free of charge. With all the conveniences of home, pack lightly and just bring yourself! Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed. SW Florida Things to Do: The area offers fine gourmet dining for romantic dinners, a myriad of family restaurants, theatres, museums, shopping, family entertainment, mini-golf, nature parks, and a multitude of water sports, i.e., sailing, kayaking, jet skiing, wind surfing, parasailing, water triking, boating, fishing, etc. for the adventurous spirit! We loved our stay! Beautiful home in nice neighborhood. We took walks around the neighborhood everyday. All of us enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and pool. House was very well stocked with bathroom items, pantry and even beach chairs! Great location to beaches and restaurants. Would definitely return

Well cared for home with all the amenities needed to enjoy our visit. Having a personal pool and lanai right out the back slider was great. Three bedrooms were great, we only used the main as our granddaughter wanted to sleep at her place but still a great feature. And I love puzzles so completed one, husband into books and closed the night with a movie on our Netflex account.

Home away from home!
What a wonderful place! This house had everything and more. Tim was such a wonderful host and was very easy to communicate with. From all the beach essentials to make a day at the beach easy to coming back from long days at the hockey rink and being able to relax in the pool. It was a delightful stay! Plus the neighbors were wonderful and it was a joy talkng to them on my daily runs. Highly recommend!

Great stay! Everything was so easy. Only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Check-in and out was simple. Home was well stocked with cooking supplies including a gas grill. Heated and private pool was perfect for our getaway to the sunshine. Perfect house for our family of four.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very comfortable accommodations, bright and cheery inside, while having complete privacy in the back of the house and pool area. Owners are very easy to work with and communication with them was great. Would definitely stay at this property again!

My family just completed a stay at this house (7/17/19 - 7/22/19) and it was the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to many restaurants, shopping and the beach. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to the Fort Myers area.

Perfect for our Family
This home exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood was quiet and offered plenty of privacy. The pool was warm and perfect for our toddler to enjoy every day. We also appreciated the open layout of the kitchen and living room area- great for monitoring playtime while preparing meals. The owners were very responsive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool very much. Plenty of room for a family of four. Really appreciated all the little extras like dish and laundry soap left for our use. Loved the master suite that opened onto the pool area.

Quiet, Super Clean, Comfortable!
We stayed at this property during a business trip and it was perfect! We didn't have time to enjoy the pool and hot tub between work and the rain, but would have otherwise. The house is immaculately clean and comfortable and has everything a person needs. I would highly recommend this property.

All in all, the whole experience of the home and amenities of fountain lakes were beautiful. We used the community pool alot. People were very friendly and helpful. Walking everyday was wonderful. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have trundle beds. The master a queen and very comfortable.

Pretty home in nice community, close to outlet mall, shopping, restaurants, and Germain Arena
We had a great time! This was year 3 for our daughter playing in a college scouting hockey event and our first time renting a home. It was wonderful for us to have more space and a comfy bed for our goalie. She was so well rested that she played her very best! The home is spotless clean, in a great, quiet community. We enjoyed the location, many nice restaurants and shopping nearby, close to Germain Arena, and close to the beach. We will try to come back, thanks!

Very nice home and comfortable. The pool is nice to look at but cold. The solar heater leaks so is not used. Water temp. most of time 72 degrees. We used the community pool temp 80+ degrees. Nice location. We stayed the month of March. The owner gets back to you quickly if you need them for any questions. The weather was perfect around 80 degrees.

Lis and Tim have all the conveniences for you, house is good size, well stocked, and in a nice location close to shopping, beaches, and nature preserves.. Was hot and humid, upper 80's when we were there, but we were comfortable in the Lanai and pool because it is well shaded! Would be a great home for a summer trip!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It was close to everything...beaches, malls and hockey arena. The owners were great to work with as well. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great Location, Very Clean, Perfect Vac Rental!
This home was very clean, nicely decorated with a warm feeling and very inviting! The pool was absolutely the best. I enjoyed my morning swim. Quiet and Private. Coffee on the lanai. Great location. Airport 15-20 min away. Coconut Mall just a few minutes drive. This mall has many fabulous restaurants, a very nice theater, shops, grocers, etc. Barefoot Beach, Bonita Beach, Lovers Key, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands; all are so close! You can't go wrong staying here. Owners are very nice. House is so accommodation to visitors. Beach items, chairs, plenty of towels, and much more. Abundance of necessity items that hotels always never give you enough of. You won't need to pack anything but your clothes, swim suit and toothbrush! It was really like being at home and that was a great feeling. Safe and quiet neighborhood. I told all my friends about this place as soon as I got back. I highly recommend staying here. There is so much to do and this rental is perfectly located. The owners have the house set up as if you were going into your own place but carefully and pleasantly made printed tags for your ease to find everything! They send you all the information you will need to make your stay perfect. They have coupons, maps, and much more for you at the house. It provided much more than any Hotel, even high end could over. It was actually less costly staying here and really being able to relax than staying at one of the many Resorts I have stayed at previously. The only thing I regret, I forgot to write in the book that is left on the end table for guest to write about their stay. This book clearly showed how others as well as myself enjoyed our stay and how accommodating the owners are. To T&L: "Thank you" for a nice relaxing week that was very much needed. I hope I can fit into the schedule again this fall".

Beautiful Home! Perfect location!
We stayed here for 4 nights. Perfect location. Nice and quiet and safe gated community. This home has everything you need during your stay. It is stocked with extra supplies and lots of sheets, towels and blankets. The beach chairs were a definite plus!!! Screened in porch and pool make every morning perfect for coffee and quiet time. We couldn't think of one suggestion....it was all perfect and very accommodating. Thanks so much to Lis for being so helpful. Definitely recommend this for your next vacation! Shopping, eating and beaches are all within very close!

We stayed a month at this lovely home and were very sad to leave, it felt like our home. The home has everything you could need and more, well stocked with daily essentials and very clean and well maintained.The location is perfect, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, banks, all are nearby. Wonderful house !!!!
Spotlessly cleaned, very well appointed and in a perfect location to explore Southwest Florida ! Couldn't ask for anything more and house is exactly as advertised. The owner was extremely responsive to our needs and we would rent this property again. Our favorite restaurant was "Stir Crazy" in the Coconut Mall and fun places to visit are the Edison and Ford homes, the Manatee Park and Sanibel Island.
