Located in East Ballina, this attractive house for $80 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Hi prospective tenants. Awaken to the chorus of the birds in the golf club trees backed by the subtle sound of the waves on Shelley beach Our unit is immediately adjacent to the Ballina golf club,when you walk out the front door you are on the practice fairway. The club house is 200m away. North creek 500m away and the ocean about 1km. The golf club welcomes visitors and has catering and bar facilities. Fishing and surfing are not far away. Central Ballina is about 4km. The complex includes pool, , Local shops are a 5 minute walk. 10 min drive to airport. The unit is part of a complex of 24 units which are arranged inroughly in a circle with a grassed central courtyard and a lovely pool at one end. We accuired the unit because we live in Perth and we have a daughter and grand children in Ballina;we can stay as often and as long as we like. We love the place and if your staying there we ask you to respect the place and the fact that there are mainly permanent residents in the rest of the complex. Great accommodation. Stayed for a quick weekend visit for a wedding. This is a well set up house in a quiet area. Highly recommend this place. Wish we could of stayed longer and had the chance to play a round of golf (back door opens onto course) and enjoyed Ballina. Great place for a holiday and this is a superb find to stay in. Highly recommend.

Great location, very clean and well equipped We hope to stay at the same location next visit to Ballina Our thanks to a great team. Being dinosaurs with technology, I did find it difficult initially to check and confirm booking acceptance. A phone query the next day confirmed all well.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. I felt very comfortable and secure there. The Unit was perfectly located to suit my plans. A short drive to the small shopping centre which had all of my needs available and only a few hundred yards from the Golf Club. This Unit is located right on the golf course which is very picturesque. The Unit itself, although quite basic, has all comforts and is well stocked for a short stay. Access was easy and the owner is very amenable and happy to answer any queries. I would not hesitate to stay here again when I travel to Ballina in the future. If I can say anything negative about the property at all, it would only be that the exterior could be tidied up a little to make it more appealing for guests on arrival. An exterior wash-down, sweep and a pest treatment would fix this. The complex is very quiet. I am happy to have discovered this little property which is great value for money. Thank you, John. Super clean unit. Ideal for us as right on golf course. nearby quality Chinese restaurant at Golf Club . Good for 2 golfing couples and well equipped for stay. owner is prompt with responses. only negative was 2 small single beds in 2nd bedroom, although fully understand if guests have children but not so comfortable for a second adult couple. Overall...very suitable for us and short $15 Uber to CBD restaurants etc.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean unit - it was within both walking and driving distance of cafes, shops, etc. The bed was comfortable, and having undercover parking was a bonus. Would stay there again

Very clean unit with all the extras you could want such as condiments, glad wrap etc. Very nice outlook of the golf course. Was not far from anything, though you do need a car. Local shops few minutes down the road, Indian take away cheap and very nice. Beach and main street about five - ten minutes drive max. Great bike tracks in and around Ballina

Clean and well situated. All mod cons available except WI FI. As it is now taken for granted it did not occur to ask about Wi Fi. Would not have booked if I had known. Otherwise, property was excellent.

My husband and father in Law stayed at the property for a boys fishing / golf week away and they said it was the best accommodation they had stayed in. Location was amazing, space of apartment was perfect. They already wanting to plan a return trip

Great location, nice unit, nice views of golf course, friendly neighbours. The unit is not accessible for disabled people contrary to the listing. Perhaps the owners checked this in error? Two rolls of toilet paper for a seven night stay. No paper towel or tissues. No internet.

My Dad and I were very comfortable in unit 15 the layout is seniors friendly, great bathroom and well equipt kitchen. The location is peaceful and secure with a beautiful outlook. Only wish we had more time to enjoy it as we were at a family memorial all day. We would like to rebook when our next family gathering happes sometime later in the year. Thank you for making a difficult trip less taxing on us it was a pleasure to get a good sleep and a spacious living area to recouperate. Regards Kellie Taylor.
