The Podomek studio apartment was exactly as described in the listing and fully met our expectations. It is located a little outside the city centre, in a quiet area with virtually no traffic. The location is no problem at all, as an Uber ride to the city centre costs around €2.50. Everything in the apartment was clean, and there were plenty of fresh towels in the bathroom.
The host was responsive, and we received quick replies whenever we needed any information. Arranging a convenient time for payment was also very easy, even though we were out and about most of the time.
The walls are indeed quite thin, as some other guests have mentioned, so you may hear noise if the guests in the neighbouring apartments are loud. However, it was quiet throughout our stay, even though all the apartments were occupied.
Overall, we had no complaints and would happily stay here again.

Przemiła obsługa. Świetny kontakt. Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Czystość. No i dobra lokalizacja. Całkiem blisko centrum, a mimo to na uboczu.
Cienkie ściany więc słychać było sąsiadów. Bardzo skrzypiące łóżka.

Exceptional place. We have recieved room with double bed, private bathroom and a large balcony. Beds were really comfy and overall most postive thing was peace and quiet as the house is located in a suburb of a Kielce. Also hygene was top notch. 10/10
No complaints. We were satisfied with everything.
