The room was decent, with access to a well equipped kitchen. Very good contact with the host. No problems checking in and out.
Hot water finished quite quickly. It looked like an electric boiler that aws already used by other guests. That is my only complain - I managed to squeez a shower out of the hot water left, but it had to be quick.

10 minutes walk from the train station and the historical city center. Calm neighbourhood with grocery stores in the vicinity. Very nice and helpful stuff.
Two things could be improved.
The first one is quite easy to do - get a new mattress and a pillow for the small room (they are not comfortable anymore).
The second one requires a significant investment - improving the soundproofing. I was woken up at 2 a.m. because other guests decided to have some tea and a conversation in the middle of the night. Later at 5 a.m. other guests checked out so I was also woken up.
