The communication from the staff was great. Lovely to see staff at the accommodation. Location easy to walk to the square and many restaurants not far away. Breakfast was great!! We had the studio apartment and it was very well equipped and decorated.

The staff is super kind and helpful. I could leave the luggage after the check out. The room itself was well appointed, tastefully furnished, and cool when I came (Krakow had a heatwave when I was there). There is a tea, coffee too.
I am a light sleeper so I was disturbed by the noises from the corridor, the entry door does not keep much noise out.

Location is very close to city historical center. There was very kind lady at reception. Ironing equipment was very good.
When I booked, I had to choose if I would like to have 1 double bed or 2 single beds. I chose 1 double bed and this was non-negotiable filter. In the end we ended up in 2 single beds just put together and covered with one blanket. I think that is a clear lie to customers. 2 single beds with blanket is not a double bed. I would not choose this property if I know that there is no double bed available.
Parking - only street parking available and you have to pay for it.
