Świetne śniadania, można było poprosić o jajecznicę czy jajka sadzone. Dobra kawa z ekspresu z dodatkiem prawdziwego mleka. Jajka to były „dwójki”, smaczniejsze byłyby „jedynki” lub eko. Winda do pokoju bezpośrednio z parkingu. Pokój dość przestronny i dobrze wyposażony.
Sprzątanie w zasadzie nie funkcjonuje chociaż codzienne wywieszaliśmy kartkę. Uzupełniany były saszetki kawy i woda, oraz wyrzucane śmieci.

Ligging nabij centrum Krakau, en nabijheid van tramhalte. Ontbijt was goed. Rust in het hotel en in de buurt. Heel handig is het mini supermarktje tegenover het hotel, dagelijks open van 06 tot 23 uur.
Sfeer. De kamers en het sanitair zijn erg 'basic' en erg kaal. Er is geen moeite gedaan om het gezellig of 'warm' te maken. Er is daarbij ook geen 'lobby' waar je nog kunt zitten of verblijven. Puur voor een stadsbezoek aan Krakau, waar wij uiteindelijk ook voor kwamen, voldoet het hotel echter wel.
