Brill location near to the main square 10 minute walk. Beautiful place and very clean. Would defiantly visit again.

location is near Krakow glowny. reception was supportive and fast responsive considering this is self-check in aparthotel, which I appreciated
no lift to 4 floor and I had to bring my big luggage with me. bed and pillow was not comfortable

Everything was excellent and very well organized, down to the smallest detail. The breakfast was varied and absolutely delicious. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with everything easily accessible. We had a lovely stay and would happily come back!

"check in" was easy, great location, close to city centre
the pictures definitely dont match the vibe of the actual rooms. it's fine for the price but it looks way fancier than it really was. the room didnt have that much of a clean feel to it, just didn't feel very cozy. there was a big crack in the bathroom sink, lack of shelves in the bathroom and coat hangers in the main area. the towels smelled like they were dried in a kitchen..
