Quick response from customer service. Perfect location.
We had our room at top 4th floor without elevator which was tiresome. Small room for 4 people. Only a small window with metal grates (what to do if having to evacuate because of fire ?)
Too few toilet rolls and coffee/tea for 4 people for 3 nights.
Air conditioning not effective enough despite putting it on lowest temperature and highest fan.

It was really good, the only trouble was that the mattress was a little uncomfortable to sleep on, and the working table was a little tied and didn't like the fact that the fridge was empty.
The fridge being empty. And no lift. The stairs are a killer.
