The late arrival was very smooth and the room was exactly as advertised. Great location for central Krakow. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The mattresses on the beds were a little hard and thin but for the money it is good value.

The location is awesome, the staff spoke good English.
The room we were given (210) had the worst beds - probably due to not having top mattresses on them. Had to ask the staff twice to have bed linen brought for the kids' beds. The breakfast was basicly a sandwich station, because by 9.30 they had already run out of eggs.
