Excellent location and friendly staff. All the basics were provided.
Really could do with updating. The pillows and the covers were very lumpy. The boiler in our bathroom was servicing 2 apartments so had to try work out when the other guests are not likely to use it to have steady temperature of water. Tiny shower, could barely move in it.

You couldn’t ask for a better location. The staff were amazing. They responded to messages very quickly. The decor in the stair well was lovely.
The carpets in the bedroom, around the edges, could have done with a good vacuum.

The hotel’s location is excellent; our room faced the old market square. Even though it’s in a central location, the soundproofing was good and the room was quiet. The breakfast was also really good!
The rooms were old, as is typical for an old house, but the restrooms had been renovated.
