The location of the apartment hotel is very nice. You can reach the touristic area of Krakow very easily. It is a new decorated hotel so everything is new and clean and comfortable. It would be a nice and cozy stay in all seasons other than summer.
Well the building where the Appartement located has still smells and signs of construction. The decorations are new but you can feel that they are just IKEA quality things. The communication was the biggest problem. There was no AirCon in the room although they said they have. It turns out that they have not installed them yet. and it was summer. Our room was constantly 30 degrees. It would have been nicer to inform us that the room has no aircon and can privide a ventilator before our arrival instead of telling us after we called. and they told us it will be installed on the second day of our stay and it turns out the installation would take more than a week... please work on the communication. And the room No.5 is really small so be careful that room size is not as big as in the pictures definitly not 20^m2
