Enjoy reduced rates while having the sand in your toes and swimming in the warm Gulf of Mexico waters! Fabulous 3 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront condominium sits on private sandy white beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Condo sleeps 10. Spectacular southwest view from the oversize balcony on the fifth floor. Our smaller complex offers the seclusion and privacy of a get-a-way for two or can accommodate a family vacation filled with endless activities both on-site and within walking distance from the property. The interior features 1250 square feet of open living space. Views of the Gulf of Mexico from several rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with an eat at bar. The dining room offers ample seating for six and the living room has a recliner and a queen sleeper sectional sofa. Complete with smart tv. What a view, The sliding glass doors open completely for an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. The private balcony is complete with patio table for six and comfortable lounge chairs perfect for enjoying some of the most beautiful views you'll ever experience. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed, smart tv, walk-in closet and private dressing area with mirror and chair with bathroom off the dressing area. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a full size bed all. Smart tv, Large walk-in closet and ample dresser storage. The bedroom is adjacent to the guest bath. The third bedroom has full size bed with smart tv. Complete with walk-in closet and ample dresser storage. Flexible/Additional bedding with two Lucid folding rollaway beds. (one size is cot & one size is Twin XL) The unit also has an in-suite laundry. There is also telephone service, free high speed wireless internet. Make our condo your next vacation destination. We really enjoyed this property. Everything was clean and as advertised. Our flight arrived after 6pm and we had no problem accessing the property. We are from Minnesota and wondered if we could swim (given our stay was at Christmas and highs were low 70s). While the sea was really brisk, both the heated pool and super hot spa meant we swam every day and could relax by the pool. Apartment was quiet even though lots of others were staying over the period. Everyone was friendly. Lots of restaurants in walking distance (including over the road), and there is a large supermarket (i.e., Publix) one mile away.

The Condo was just as advertised, great views, and balcony was very relaxing. Condo Owner was great and helpful. We look forward to returning next year!

This rental was spectacular. Much more updated than the unit we rented last year. Beach is beautiful and having a pool/hot tub oceanfront is great. Lots to do. Favorite restaurants Conch Republic, the reef, guppy’s on the beach.

Spent 4th of July week here with college age adult children and their significants. Place was very clean, conveniently located, and right on the beach! Seaview 502 had all the things needed for an excellent vacation.

We had a Great time. Condo had chairs & umbrellas to use at the beach, plus sand toys for the grand kids. Pool was nice with plenty of seating. Condo had everything we needed, well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Condo was updated very well and in a great location. Condo was close enough to many restaurants that we were able to walk too. Beach was beautiful and pool and hot tub area was great. We hated to leave had a great time

This unit could not be any nicer. The interior was very clean. The kitchen had everything and more that you could imagine. There were plenty of beach and bath towels, chairs coolers. I would definitely not hesitate to rent this place again. Thank you Carla

We were very happy with the condo and both the owner and manager. It looked EXACTLY as the pictures and everything from the wall decor to the beds was perfect. Kitchen was better equipped than mine (and I fancy myself a good cook and baker) . Views were awesome and we saw dolphins EVERY day! Very close to John's Pass and also convenient to grocery and any other store you may want to visit. I normally say I don't want to go back, that I want to go somewhere new, BUT I would love to go back and will be planning another visit next year.

I can’t say enough good things about our condo! Clean, well stocked, quiet, great communication and response from Carla and best of all - the view! You will not find a better view or easier access to the beach. Pool was always clean and well maintained. Can’t wait to go back with my family!

Condo was very clean and had everything you need for a vacation and then some. You will feel like you are at home. You are on the 5tho floor and have a perfect view of both the ocean and pool. We saw dolphins every single day, in the morning, afternoon and evening. We saw them jump up too!
Location is awesome too. You have restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket is a 4 minute drive and Johns Pass too. It was very hard to leave this morning. We will definitely miss this place!
We drove from Toronto, Canada and met a lot of repeat customers from this Seaview condominium, people that have been coming for 10, 15 and 28 years.
You will live this place and not regret booking here.

Great Condo!
We had a fantastic time in this unit. It is extremely well stocked! The owners were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. Security to the complex is great! We have been coming to this area yearly for many years and this unit was, by far, one of the better units we have stayed in. We would definitely rent this unit again.

The owner supplies beach chairs and beach towels which adds so much value. Love that it fits our large family.
