Exceptional

Sanja our host from the time of arrival through to our departure was truly fantastic, communication was excellent as well as any need was met. The apartment is outstanding, its luxurious, comfortable and is equipped with everything you could ever need for your stay. Big american fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, oven/hob , microwave, dishwasher and every utensil you could think of. Outside is the pool area which is a lovely little suntrap. The pool is lovely and deep great for perfecting those dives. Location is good 10 mins from Split centre in a taxi. Can not recommend this apartment enough it was a fantastic stay and hope to return again one day.

The apartment is on quite a busy road but you get used to this fairly quickly. Beach access is via steep steps so anyone with accessible needs this will be an issue, however this is not the fault of the apartment.

10/10 perfect

A lovely welcome on arrival to this luxury apartment. Beautifully appointed. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, lovely pool which was a nice temperature. 10 min walk from the beach and an Uber to split centre was €8 for our party of 5. A quiet area but close enough to discover the area of split and beyond. Perfect for our stay

If we were going to be really picky we would say an outside eating area /table and chairs would be a nice addition but this in no way would put us off re- booking as it’s such a beautiful place in every other way.

This is truly an amazing luxury apartment, our stay was 5 star.. So clean and tastefully decorated. The apartment has everything and every small detail has been thought of. It's even better in real life than the photos portray. The owners were so accommodating, helpful and offered. such a professional service. Thanks for our wonderful stay ❤️

A fantastic apartment and would love to go back!

The apartment is incredible and finished to a high standard. We were blown away by it. The pool was ideal and the gym facilities were an added bonus. The owner was very nice and welcoming.

The apartment is around 30 minutes walk from the centre so is a little far but this is not a big issue as there is a small supermarket very close by and it was easy to book Ubers which are relatively cheap in Croatia.

Very comfortable apartment.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. it was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and the owner was very helpful and flexible.

It was close to the beach but the area was more residential and a bit of a walk into central Split. However, on the last day we found a local restaurant (Boma) at which we had the best meal of our stay.

Fantastic stay, would definitely come again!

Beautiful apartment 10 mins drive from the historical split town. The apartment felt like a home away from home, near all the required amenities. It actually looks like it's photos. In fact it was like staying in a hotel, towels, shower gels, body creams provided. A fully stocked utility room, with all cleaning tools you could require. So really all you need to buy is the food you want to eat. The living room/dining room/kitchen was very spacious, with lots of seating for a family to spread out. Bedrooms had either a king-sized or double bed, and were very comfortable. They were all a great size, their position at the back of the property meant they were usually cool. Perfect for escaping from the heat. The location is quiet and fairly easy to get to, with plenty of parking nearby. We always felt safe and secure. Sanja welcomed us and helpfully showed us around the apartment, leaving us some treats to get settled in. She was easily contactable and responded quickly to any enquiry.

There was no microwave, at least that I could find. So reheating any food was not as easy as it could have been. The swimming pool is great, but only one depth approx 5ft deep, so families hoping to paddle with young ones would struggle with the pool - young kids need to be able to swim or be confident treading water. Although there were instructions to enable the TVs to work, only the main bedroom towards the back of the property seemed to work. Not too much of an issue for us, as we had other devices we could use. The apartment is currently flanked by a renovation project (could hear some drilling sound on the last day) and what appeared to be empty businesses, so could feel isolated.

Owners super helpful, everything spotlessly clean, facilities exceptional (gym and pool private to the apartment), local beach easily accessible and prettiest in the area. All in all a really comfortable and easy place to stay. Definitely would recommend as a good place to be to explore split and the surrounding area.

Best apartment in split!

Can not recommend this place enough. The location is wonderful, the apartment is beautiful and modern with great aircon, pool, and even a gym. Our hosts Sanja and her mother were so helpful and couldn't have been nicer. We loved staying here. The pool was great to have in the hot weather. If you are staying in split stay it here. Its amazing

our stay at this house was perfect!

Everything at this property was perfect! Sanja welcomed us personally and explained everything about the property in detail. they even left some welcoming stuff for us which meant a lot. The house is absolutely beautiful and spotless, everything works, seems new and they took care of every detail. we had a wonderful family relax time at this property and we hope we can comeback one day. :) regarding the location, the house is literally 7mins away from a gorgeous

Sanja and her mum are incredible hosts! The apartment is very beautiful and spotless. Every single room is beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail. The kitchen has everything you need. Since the occasion of the trip was a birthday, Sanja and her mum organized us a cake as a surprise. They helped us in every single inquiry we had and made our stay memorable. If you are looking for a beautiful apartment with beautiful hosts in a beautiful location this is definitely the place to book. We will definitely be back :)

Very pleasant stArt to our trip

The host was super friendly and easy to Contact at all times. She met us at the property with our keys and explained everything really week. The place is absolutely stunning and super clean! Great location too . Would highly recommend 🙂

Second time her and this apartment is still heaven on earth. I can only report positive things and it's worth every cent! Sanja & Mirjana will help you with every question and they are the nicest hosts we ever met! Just can say thank you so much for everything, you make the stay in Split even better!! Some words to the apartment! More then full equipped, the pool and sauna are amazing! Air conditioner in every room and its really really clean, i think you can also even eat directly from the floor so clean is that :D!! Beach is a couple of minutes away and a little supermarket is around the coroner! So will get more then you need, if not Sanja and Mirjana will help you!

Excellent villa, pure comfort and luxury and the pool was a bonus

A very warm welcome awaiting us, even though we were very early the property was ready for us to enter. We were self catering and our host provided us with a wonderful bowl of fruit, milk, juice, coffee, tea and sugar plus chocolate biscuits. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we were provided with washing up liquid, dish wash tablets and washing detergents. The villa was pure luxury, extremely beautifully furnished and it was home from home with many luxuries. A truly fantastic find and can't recommend highly enough

It would have been nice to have up to date information of local restaurants, but when asked we were given a excellent recommendation
