Two sparkling clean bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a clawfoot tub perfect for soaking after a day of sight seeing! A sun porch for sitting with your morning coffee to plan your day or unwind with a glass of wine and the end of the evening. Within walking distance to historic and vibrant downtown Petaluma, boasting with many restaurants, food trucks, nightclubs and theater square. Forty five miles from San Francisco and the beautiful Napa Sonoma wine country and a half hour from Bodega Bay. Our hostess is on site for any questions or help.

The house was very cute and cozy. It was well decorated and well stocked. The little notes of instructions that the owner left were very helpful. Easy check in and check out process. We were able to get around in Petaluma very easily. Would love to stay again.

Great location, we were able to walk to town. Cute park up the street for the kids. Enough space for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. House is stocked with basics and more which is very helpful (pack n play, high chair, lots of coffee). Great stay in Petaluma!

We were in town for a wedding and found this adorable property in a centralized location for the events we were attending. We look forward to a longer visit next time to further explore. We would stay here again. The home was clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Such a cute house and a short walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and the three kitchen had everything we needed. The front patio was my favorite spot to sit and drink coffee in the morning. I hope to return soon!

We unexpectedly had to shorten our visit and regretted leaving this charming house. We particularly enjoyed the heated porch for morning tea on chilly mornings. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood that was close to a nice local market and downtown. Everist the house was in good shape. Easy check in and check out.

I stayed here with my parents, husband, and our infant son and we all had a wonderful time. The bungalow had more than enough room for the five of us, was close enough to downtown for a quick walk for food and quiet and relaxing in the evenings. The house and property were very clean and had all the amenities we could ever need. Check in and check out were easy and we could relax since everything was taken care of.

My family of four had a great stay at this place. The arrival was easy, the house clean, with a well appointed kitchen, and space for people to relax. We enjoyed the enclosed porch too because it adds to the functional space. The owners were available when we accidentially locked ourselves out. They also thoughtfully included some lantern flashlights in case of power outage, which turned out to be a good idea because we needed it when a storm came through and killed power to lots of the Bay Area.

Nicely decorated, clean house with responsive hosts. Great location in downtown Petaluma, close to gourmet restaurants, parks, and walks. The neighborhood has really beautiful older homes so walking around to look at them is fun.

This was our second stay at this Petaluma home. The location is convenient, and easy walking distance to downtown Petaluma. I especially enjoyed walking the 10 minutes to the local market to get food or snacks - no driving required! The nearby park is small but quiet. For hiking, Helen Putnam Park is a 10 minute drive. We stayed for a week, but wished we could have stayed longer...

This is a great house. Lots of thoughtful touches and even a lemon tree in the backyard. It gets amazing light and I’d very comfortable from the couches to the beds to the bathtub. I’d love to stay again-

We loved our two-night getaway in this large, comfortable 2BD/2BA house that is truly a gem. We walked to dinner one night and picked up dinner the other night. Beds are comfortable (even the sofabed!), curtains are the black-out type (good for the teenagers that wanted to sleep in), the linens and towels were well-stocked. When we did eat in, we loved sitting in the banquette. This home is simply charming - wish we could have stayed all week but we booked last-minute and two nights is what worked with our schedule. Hosts are very quick to respond/communicate and they left easy check-out instructions. We lounged around, went outlet shopping, spent a day in Sebastopol and watched movies/TV. Now THAT was a relaxing getaway - thank you!

We had a delightful time staying in Petaluma at this adorable, immaculate home, which was even better than the photos. The owners have done a wonderful job at providing a sweet back yard and a home with all necessary items for a terrific stay. I highly recommend this lovely home.

This home is perfect! It was just the right size for my husband, my adult son, my 94 year old mother and me. There were more than enough of anything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need, and the living room, porch and backyard area were welcoming spaces that we used at various times. But more than all of this, the hosts went out of there way to help us when we left something behind. We highly recommend this place for the home itself, and for the good hearted hosts!

My family enjoyed a week stay at this sunny, comfy and immaculate bungalow very near to downtown Petaluma. The views of the hills from the primary bedroom were lovely - especially during sunset. We enjoyed the ample living area with wrap-around couch, the large, equipped kitchen and the two bedrooms were well-appointed with lovely linens. Also, It was very convenient to have two bathrooms. The home was immaculate with very large picture windows that allow the lovely California sunshine to stream in during the day. My mother enjoyed the front porch, while other family members like to sit in the back garden, sipping wine watching the sun set. We will certainly book this home with the gracious hosts again when we return to Petaluma.

Adorable, clean, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is great and close to downtown. We did a lot of wine tastings and it was wonderful to come back to such a lovely home. The beds are super comfortable and we did enjoy our morning coffee in the sun room. Definitely recommend!

The Bungalo was immaculate! That made such an impression on us. The beds are super comfortable, the linens felt brand new. Very quiet neighborhood, the park just up the street was very convenient and our 2 year old grandson loved it! Everything about the Bungalo made it the highight of our trip. Nice to see that the owner has kept the place so tastefully, with a genuine historical feel , but with just the right updates to make it functional. Thank you so much. This was such and imprtant trip for the family, and you made it special because it gave us such a feel of comfort and ease! WOW!! Can't say enough! All the Best! We will be back.
