About this cottage rental
Newly remodeled 2-bedroom cottage that sleeps 5 people comfortably. All bed linens, pillows and comforters provided. Heat and Central Air. All newer furniture including sectional couch and 55" flat screen equipped with firestick for live streaming your favorite shows. Full size bathroom with tub/shower. Bath linens provided for the number of people listed in the reservation along with two rolls of toilet paper and hand soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic essentials including all cook ware, dinner ware, blender, toaster, single cup Keurig and kitchen linen. Dish soap, one roll of paper towels and two trash bags provided. Just a very short walk to the private pebble beach (closed/private from the public but shared by all of our surrounding tenants). The private patio is equipped with a table with umbrella with seating for 5. Enjoy your private Charcoal grill and firepit (charcoal and firewood not provided) There is parking for two car parking in front of the cottage. Shed in the side drive is not for tenant use and should not be blocked with a vehicle please, as we use this shed for management use only. Roughly 1/2 mile for the GOTL strip.

I absolutely loved staying here. The cottage was great! Very clean and cute and I loved the location. Still close enough to walk to the strip, but far enough away that you got to enjoy peace and quiet and just listen to the waves crashing. I highly recommend staying here! :)

Cottage has everything you need steps to beach. Close to anything you could want to do. Walk many places. Or sit and look at the lake on the patio. Will visit again.

The cottage is very nice, great location with minutes walking to the beach. ( picture of beach does not do justice). Would come back again! Only downside is checking out at 10am. Most people dont want to get up that early when doing a mini, staying up late, and enjoying the summer night. Not a deal breaker, but 11-12 would be better.

The cottage was so cute, clean and stocked with basic needs. Walking distance to Geneva strip and all restaurants/bars/activities. The lake was out the door a few steps away with private beach.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location for our girls trip. Thoroughly enjoyed this cottage for our girls trip. Clean, comfortable and steps from the water. Communications with the manager were easy and everything worked as expected. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a perfect size for just us 5. Big back yard for thenkids to play. You can also see the water and beautiful views from the front door.

We are not satisfied with the VRBO webpage for the property amenities listing Hot Tub. We used this to justify the rental cost over choosing other listings, the property does not have a hot tub.

We loved the spot, view was incredible, private and quiet. There were a few details we wished had been clear, but not a dealbreaker. My wife and I love our coffee in the morning and we packed our favorite blend , then when we arrived we discovered that coffee maker was a Keurig, which makes cups singly. If we had known this we would have brought our favorite blend in the cups. It really isn't a big deal, but that clarity would have been helpful.

Spent the weekend. Cottage was clean, plenty of room. We didn't cook but kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to. Easy check in. Few miles from the strip. Would highly recommend

The cottage was very clean. There was t enough towels for all of us and the bucket for cigarettes was full and by the door when you walk in thought that should have been cleaned out. We would definitely stay again tho

What a wonderful place! As soon as we opened the door on the first day we knew we had a winner! The place smelled so fresh and sanitized! It was fully equipped with what we needed for a comfortable stay. I (Mom) am in a leg brace and being so close to the water made it perfect for us to enjoy the lake. AND it is close to GOTL but still away from the noise so it was peaceful. Every year my adult son and I pick a place to vacation together (just the two of us) to catch up and make memories. This place was perfect. It helped to make this year another great one!

This stand alone cottage was a perfect getaway for my family of 4. Down a private driveway so was quiet and private. Clean and comfortable. Very close to the strip for dining, shopping and fun and also the beautiful Geneva Township park. Short walk to a private beach was a plus with accessible BBQ, fire pits and picnic bench next to the cottage.

Speaking on behalf of the four of us that stayed in this cottage for several days, we found the cottage to be very cute and very close to the lakes edge. The cottage was very clean and well appointed. Our only disappointment was the very soft beds. It felt like the mattresses/box springs were old and warn out. They offered little support. We had to make a trip to Wal-mart to purchase firm sleeping pads to get a reasonable night's sleep.

The cottage is in a great location. The little "neighborhood" is cute and everyone was extremely friendly. Well kept property. Extremely clean and well stocked. Perfect location.

We so loved our visit here! It was our first time at GOTL, and this place was at the perfect location to enjoy the strip and some privacy on the beach. The place was very clean and the owners were very responsive and helpful! We will be back!

Met our son, daughter-in-law and new grandson for a few days reboot and get-away for the new parents! Very clean and refreshing! Wonderful place to relax, be close to the lake, and entertainment/food. Owner/manager is always quick to respond and helpful!! Would highly recommend!! Will be staying again - might make it our grandson’s annual little vacation spot!!

Very nice place. Very clean. Smelled clean. Had a pretty big problem with ants in the kitchen. We know that can happen anywhere but it was hard to set food out to eat for any meals. Overall Very good experience. I would recommend others to stay here.
