About this villa rental

Located in Ceglie Messapica, this lovely villa for $267 per night is a great choice for your next break. 10 km from Ostuni, the UNESCO-listed white city, 28 from Alberobello, less than 40 km from Brindisi airport and about 100 km from Matera, capital of culture 2019. The location allows you to choose between the Ionian and Adriatic beaches, but the entire area, full of gastronomic destinations throughout the year, should not be overlooked. And for sports enthusiasts we suggest long walks and bike rides. Let's start the journey thinking about the destination .. its name is Villa degli Ulivi. It will be a stay in contact with the scents of Salento, with nature and discovering romantic places. In summer, the guest can enjoy a sunny and equipped outdoor area, relax in the shade of the trees or prepare barbecues with the barbecue and perhaps enjoy making jams with ripe fruits (cherry, fig, pomegranate ..). Inside, it will be a special experience to stay in the cool Trullo. In winter we like to think about the kitchen .. warm and welcoming with the large fireplace that heats the whole house! The Villa is accessed through a large automatic gate which guests will be in possession of the remote control. The avenue is always illuminated and it is possible to access the house either via the Trullo or the attached Villa. In this way, even if the two structures are communicating, access to the bedrooms and services can be kept separate. You can always contact us by phone or email before your stay and after checkout to listen to your advice and suggestions. But from the moment of your arrival in Ceglie Mario will be the caretaker and his wife Maria to take care of you in case of need or curiosity about places of cultural interest or entertainment. We always try to improve ourselves and beyond relaxation we want to leave guests the opportunity to make the most of the position of the Villa by pedaling with the four bikes supplied along the famous cycle path surrounded by greenery. And from summer 2019 you will find the swimming pool !! See you there!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La situation de la maison correspondait à notre attente, Ceglie Messapica étant moins touristique que d'autres villes et très accueillante. La maison est grande et bien équipée. La piscine est un vrai plus et a fait le bonheur de notre fils. Une pergola au bord de la piscine serait parfaite car nous ne pouvions pas nous servir des parasols à cause du vent, de peur de les abîmer mais c'est un détail. Nous songeons fortement à revenir!

Notre séjour à 8 personnes a été superbe. La quiétude des lieux, la piscine sont des atouts majeurs de la propriété ainsi que les échanges avec Frederica très réactive et bien sur la gentillesse de Maria et Mario qui nous ont attendu jusqu'à minuit pour notre arrivée. Un cadre plein de charme, un trullo qui finit de nous faire sentir complètement dans les Pouilles. Les vélos pour les enfants super, des parties de babyfoot, 2 attentions qui font passer d'agréables moments détentes. Les lieux à visiter nécessitent forcément une voiture mais je pense que ce n'est pas besoin de le préciser. La maison a de 3 grandes chambres, une belle pièce à vivre qui contient un canapé lit, 2 salles de bain, 1 grande l'autre beaucoup moins. La chromecast est un plus ! Pour ma part juste 2 petites remarques : penser à rajouter des multi prises car pour recharger 8 téléphones portables ainsi qu'une tablette, ça été compliqué 😁� Et l'autre c'est peut être un paravent pour "fermer" la chambre du trullo pour un peu plus d'intimité. Notre séjour a été formidable.
