Michele (owner) was amazing throughout our stay (6 nights)! Always available and helpful. Made recommendations and reservations for us at prime restaurants and other places to go see. Extremely helpful. Always. The home itself was GREAT. Very spacious-2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, along with an adequate kitchen, dining area and living room. 17 steps to go up from ground level to get to living area, but no problem if you’re reasonably able bodied. Another steep stairway to get to rooftop terrace (which was absolutely lovely as well!), so again, no problem if you’re able-bodied. No handrail to terrace, so you shouldn’t have too much wine while enjoying the view. LOL. Ceglie Messapica made a fantastic base camp for day trips to the entire Puglia region and this home and its host became like home and family to us. Michele’s mother is a retired doctor and when my wife needed some advice on an arthritis cream, she walked her across the street to the farmacia and assisted her in purchasing the right product. We met both Michele’s parents and they were as lovely as he was…the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree as they say. All in all, such a fantastic stay and one that will remain among our most cherished memories of this incredible trip.
Worn out corkscrew….LOL. Need a new one.

La casa è grande, ben organizzata e accessoriata. Michele, il padrone di casa, è stato gentile e presente per ogni informazione o problema.
E’ stato un vero peccato fermarsi solo pochi giorni perche’ il terrazzo era davvero invitante, attrezzato e ampio. Un posto dove tornare presto!

Very stylish and comfortable, well equipped apartment.
Rooftop terrace is perfect for breakfast or relaxing evening. 2 bathrooms is a huge advantage as well.
Michele is very caring and friendly hosts.
We really would like to come back here once again:)

La amabilidad de Michele, el anfitrión, fue una persona excepcional con el detalle. Le estamos muy agradecidos por todos sus consejos y por la hospitalidad.
El apartamento es muy chulo, confortable y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días exquisitos.
El pueblo Ceglie, con miedo de que se masifique de turismo, pero diré que es una preciosidad y con una vida en verano chulísima.
Mis gafas de sol se quedaron en el apartamento, pensaba que las había perdido y Michele me escribió para facilitarme su devolución.
Eternamente agradecidos y con ganas de volver a ese alojamiento magnífico en un lugar precioso
